We had dinner at Anchovy Bandit and the atmosphere was one of the highlights. The restaurant has a really nice vibe, dark lighting, cosy booths that feel private and romantic, and upbeat modern music. The wagyu skewers and scallop toast were tasty though small for the price. The pasta dishes were the highlight; the crab pasta had lots of flavour. Overall the food was good and the atmosphere makes it a great date-night or friends dinner, though it is quite expensive.

We recently visited Anchovy Bandit as a group of seven. Service was slow at the beginning but gradually improved and ended up attentive; staff were friendly and welcoming. The Director's Cut menu offered great variety. Pizzas included Margherita and Pepperoni with signature hot honey sauce, followed by mushroom pasta and beef ragu, both packed with flavour. The atmosphere was lovely with beautiful decor and moody lighting. Overall, I'd happily return.
