These Terms govern your use of OpenPizzaMap (“Service”), a community-first, curated guide for pizza enthusiasts that exists to promote pizza culture and the spots worth seeking out. The Service is operated from Catalonia, Spain. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Catalonia, Spain. If you use the Service as a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
