Photo Credits

OpenPizzaMap uses landmark photos from Wikimedia Commons on its city hub pages. Each photo is shared under a Creative Commons license that requires us to credit the photographer and link the license. This page lists the source pools we drew from and tracks per-photo attribution.

Transitional disclosure (June 2026): the 14 city hero photos below were localized into our storage on 2026-06-15 without preserving the original Commons file URLs. We have re-identified each photo's landmark and the Commons category it was drawn from, and we are completing per-photo author attribution. If you are the photographer of one of the images below and would like specific credit added or the image removed, please email [email protected] and we will respond within 7 days.

Stock pizza imagery

The pizza imagery used on the homepage hero collage and the "browse by style" row is licensed from Adobe Stock under our standard license and is not part of the Wikimedia Commons attribution stack.

Map tiles

The map base layer is OpenStreetMap, used under the Open Database License. Attribution appears in the lower-right of the map view itself.
