  We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant today. While every dish was delicious, what truly made it special was the incredible team who welcomed us so warmly. I’d like to express my gratitude to Andrea and the rest of the staff for turning an ordinary day into a truly memorable one

  Our waitress Lisa was an absolute stand-out and completely made our night. She was so friendly and so ready to answer any questions we had about the menu with an abundance of knowledge and expertise. She also gave us the best recommendations!!! We saw her as more of a friend holding our hand and guiding us through the restaurant, to the light that was the tramisu. She was like a captain steering our ship to paradise, always checking in on us and how we were finding everything. This girls needs to be leading the place. Thanks so much Lisa, you’re the greatest waitress I’ve ever known.

  We recently had our 20th anniversary dinner at da Mario’s and it was wonderful. Staff were extremely accommodating and easy to deal with particularly with such a large group. Food was delicious and very authentic. They catered to everyone’s needs. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We will definitely be back.

  Beautiful food with wonderful service in a buzzy envrioment. Particularly enjoyed the mortadella pizza, pork orrechiette and the tomahawk steak that was on special. The barbera was an excellent drop, too! A local that we'll return to for sure.

  Nico and Andrea the managers are very welcoming with their authentic Italian hospitality touch, food is great with top quality ingredients. We had the olives which it was a generous portion compared to other restaurants and the marinade was very tasty. The arrosticini (lamb skewers) with gremolata are to die for, same as the radicchio salad with well balanced flavours. The pizza is one of the best is in Sydney, neapolitan style, woodfired, thick and fluffy crust. The spaghettoni with prawns had a very flavourful bisque sauce. Cocktails are also very well done. Would highly recommend and we’ll definitely come back. Well done team!

  Perfect service! The staff was polite and highly efficient. Our pizza arrived just 10 minutes after ordering on a busy Friday night. I was impressed with both the food and the service. Definitely worth it, and the beer was ice-cold.

  What an amazing, authentic and delicious dinner! I wanted somewhere nice to eat close to airport hotels and this didn’t disappoint. Very busy so book ahead and enjoy the authentic food and fabulous service. The wine is good too (happy hour from 5-6pm)Read more

  A bit of a letdown the meat skewers were to fatty to eat, the Balmain bug spaghetti had no Balmain Bugs in it and spaghetti was very undercooked, been here before and was not bad , seemed the standard has declined somewhat, the service was good but that is not enough, all in the party of 9 agreed and will give this one a miss for future dinner nights.Read more

  Our booking was from 5:30pm -7:15. Entrees has arrived quickly and we ordered mains whilst having our entrees. However we waited for over an hour for our mains and chased the waitress twice. In the meantime they were busy pumping out orders for take away when the restaurant wasn’t that busy itself. At 6:50pm we still hasn’t received our mains, they send a complimentary salad as an apology. Pasta servings were small considering the price. Have heard great things about this place but we left disappointed.Read more
