I found this hidden gem in my childhood home town. I didn't know what to expect as the food looked delicious in the pictures but the restaurant almost reminded me of your local quiet takeaway pizza shop with not many seats that you would just order a home delivery or run in and pick one up on your way home or the mid night Uber eats munchies. But I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived how they've made it into a well known bustling restaurant that was fully booked with ample seating & I'm sure the locals would be proud to tell their friends, come to our pizza restaurant with us. The food was delicious with friendly service, but I have to give a chefs kiss to the garlic prawns. They were amazing. Head on down there and try for yourself. I recommend booking to not be disappointed.

Ordered 22-03-25 My stomach and eyes have been looking at this place for some time, seeing the great reviews I wanted to see for myself how good this place really is. Well.. the positive reviews are all true! Had some guests over and ordered two of their chicken parmigiana, (one normal and one with Bolognese sauce). We wanted to see the difference in taste ( if any ). I can assure you they taste completely different to each other in a good way. That sauce.... That sauce .. it's... it's.... Just give it a try for yourself and see why I can't describe how nice it really is. So fresh! Their pizza... Great! Those leopard spots add a great taste to the crust. The toppings are of great quality and they ain't stingy with them either. I look forward to trying more of their food as so far .. I'm on to a winner !!! When a business is this good you got to support the locals . Cheers and thanks for the great feed 🍕 James

From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond – so kind, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating. The portion sizes were incredibly generous, and every bite of the pizza was pure perfection – thin, crispy bases topped with mouth-watering, high-quality ingredients. Prices were refreshingly realistic, offering fantastic value for money without compromising on taste or presentation. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and authentically Italian, making it the kind of place you want to linger. Every corner was spotless, showing the care and pride they take in running the restaurant. It’s rare these days to find Italian restaurants that hold onto this level of tradition, heart, and quality – an absolute gem that deserves all the praise it gets.

The Gnocchis are delicious, I must try is four cheese Gnocchis. Pizzas are also very good. This place it is 100% recommended. Only be aware that from 5pm it is better to make a booking. It is always full house.

Quite an unassuming place in Glenroy. If you’re looking for delicious Italian food look no further, this place has fantastic authentic food, definitely a go to when you want an honest Italian meal.

Best pizza in the area, a bit hidden away but have been coming here for years. Always tasty and fresh! The Calabria Mia is just the BEST, can't get enough of it!

My husband and I went to have a special Sunday lunch together. The Pizza was so fresh and delicious, especially asking for the gluten-free version. It really tasted too good and I had to check a number of times, just to make sure. It was the best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten. Although the selection was not the ordinary run of the mill selections, the prosciutto version was too yummy. I couldn't recommend this place more highly.

A broken oven meant Father’s Day lunch would need to be take away, and Pane e Pizza came up with the goods! Having gluten free options allowed everyone to enjoy a delicious (and stress free) family lunch. Also couldn’t pass up their decadent Nutella dessert pizza to finish off, Yum!!
