Pizzeria No.900 continues to prove why it’s a reliable spot for Neapolitan-style pizza. I’ve been coming here for a while. Everything here feels intentional, from the simplicity of the menu to the execution coming out of the oven. I ordered the Spec/Gorgonzola pizza to go. The dough is the real foundation: soft, airy, and elastic with that lightly blistered crust you want from Neapolitan style. The pizza has great flavour without being overly charred. The Spec was savoury and well-balanced, letting the fresh ingredients shine. The Gorgonzola leaned slightly pungent (why I love it) rich and creamy, bold but not overwhelming, with just the right contrast against the crust and sauce. Sweet caramelized onions balance well with the concentrated tomato coulis. This is honest pizza. Great selection.

Decided to try the Quebec based Pizzeria 900 in the Beaches. This is their only location in Ontario. The staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and did so with a smile. We ordered the arancini to start and then 2 pizzas, the Margherita Antica and the Mild Italian sausage. I was informed the Antica isn’t always available because they have ingredients for the sauce brought in from Quebec. If they run out they don’t serve that pizza. I found the arancini to be dry and quite flavour less. I believe they had been frozen and then reheated. A bit disappointing. I also prefer if they come with a bit of a sauce to dip them in. However the pizzas were great. Obviously they were made fresh in their tile oven. The dough was light and fluffy but could hold the sauce and toppings. The dough didn’t become soggy either. Both pizzas were winners. I would definitely return to try some of other offerings.

Bravo to the chef. This year we decided to break fast after Yom Kippur at this quant pizzeria. The food was excellent, very fresh and prepared to perfection. Super friendly staff and an overall good vibe. I the very reasonable prices this place is sure to impress. Definitely worth a try if in the neighborhood.

A true gem. Authentic Neopolitan style pizza with fresh top notch ingredients, cute vibes and service to match! We’re always greeted and treated like family not to mention our families are obsessed with the pizza also. We order every time they’re in town. No joke.

Been here twice now and the pizza never disappoints. I love the thin crust, and the sauce is light and perfectly balanced. The arancini are incredibly flavorful, and the arugula and lemon salad was a refreshing, light addition to the meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!
