We've ordered from here three times now. First time was delicious, the next two times the pizza didn't taste great because it was quite burnt, mainly the bases. The photo posted is the from most recent order.

I ordered two Margherita pizzas, and both were completely burnt. I called the restaurant to let them know, and instead of apologizing, they asked me to send pictures and a video. One of the staff even gave me his personal phone number to send the images. After sending the photos, their response was, “This is woodfired pizza, it’s supposed to be like this.” I was shocked — wait, what…?! When I mentioned I would leave a review based on my experience, they didn’t seem to care. No apology, no refund — just complete indifference. This is not even close to authentic Italian pizza. Be careful if you’re after genuine Italian cuisine. Unfortunately, mine went straight to the bin, and it completely ruined our family dinner. I usually post very positive reviews to support local food business

Bbq chicken pizza, took 3 minutes to make, taste like canned chicken not even real chicken super lazy presented will be going straight into the bin wouldn’t even feed it to my dog the chicken taste sour and bitter… stay away from this pizza shop

I waited 15 minutes to pick up my online order, only to find out the staff had given it to another customer. Rather than apologizing or fixing the mistake, they just told me I could cancel the order if I wanted. This level of service is very disappointing. Staff clearly need better training and a better understanding of basic hospitality.

Have been there previously and loved the pizzas. Can't go often as expensive. Got pizzas last night as a treat. Although yummy we were disappointed that not many ingredients on the pizzas. Salami pizza and had two pieces with no salami at all. Also had normal mushrooms on their pizza where in the past it was the oyster mushrooms. Would give them another go as beautifully cooked but yeah just a tad disappointed.

Such a limited range and a ridiculous wine arrangement “no glass policy” offering a choice of 5 beers and 2 wines by the can, no BYO. This restaurant clearly doesn’t want to encourage dining in. Good staff who are hampered by unfriendly policy. Lots of other better nearby options..
