We went to Paolo Costa last Friday on recommendation of our friends and we had a very nice evening. The pizza is delicious and you must try the chips served with the chef's special sauce. We also appreciated the pizza-burgers (a hamburger in pizza dough instead of the traditional soft bun). They even have a wide choice of wine, which distinguishes a good pizzeria from a mediocre one. The place is welcoming and clean. The service was ok: the waiters were very nice and available, but got confused with our orders twice. In our impression, they lacked coordination, but it might have been just a bad moment for them. We loved the place.

Honestly one of the best Pizzas I had in Italy. They are super nice! If you just want to have super good pizza for an easy dinner. You have found the spot

Nice place! Been there two times. And the first was the best. Some really fine recommendations from the waiter and had quite a nice evening there. Good food, good service! Check it out! Try the „fantastico“ pizza burger - Spoiler: it it’s molto fantastico! Also the pizza!

A little off the beaten track, but well worth the effort to find and sample the delights. The food is exceptional. The waiting staff were surprised an English Family wanted to dine here. On the off chance we turned up for a walk in and were accommodated with little fuss as there were a lot of reservations, book early if you are looking for a busy slot. A few items on the menu were not available, no ingredients or had finished. The menu was online and was not the best for a non Italian speaker. Navigate to the section you are interested in and then change the language in the top right. Before changing sections refresh the page, select the section and then the language. After ordering we were invited to select the Palermo Antipasti as a simple up selling exercise. Be sure to specify Frizzante if you want sparkling water otherwise Panna is delivered. House Red was a pleasant drink. Soda and Beer are also available. The atmosphere was pleasant and not noisy. We visited after the lightning and downpour and were seated inside thankfully.

This is without a doubt the best pizza I've had after spending more than two weeks in the south of Italy. …
