We went to Paolo Costa last Friday on recommendation of our friends and we had a very nice evening. The pizza is delicious and you must try the chips served with the chef's special sauce. We also appreciated the pizza-burgers (a hamburger in pizza dough instead of the traditional soft bun). They even have a wide choice of wine, which distinguishes a good pizzeria from a mediocre one. The place is welcoming and clean. The service was ok: the waiters were very nice and available, but got confused with our orders twice. In our impression, they lacked coordination, but it might have been just a bad moment for them. We loved the place.

Honestly one of the best Pizzas I had in Italy. They are super nice! If you just want to have super good pizza for an easy dinner. You have found the spot

Nice place! Been there two times. And the first was the best. Some really fine recommendations from the waiter and had quite a nice evening there. Good food, good service! Check it out! Try the „fantastico“ pizza burger - Spoiler: it it’s molto fantastico! Also the pizza!

A little off the beaten track, but well worth the effort to find and sample the delights. The food is exceptional. The waiting staff were surprised an English Family wanted to dine here. On the off chance we turned up for a walk in and were accommodated with little fuss as there were a lot of reservations, book early if you are looking for a busy slot. A few items on the menu were not available, no ingredients or had finished. The menu was online and was not the best for a non Italian speaker. Navigate to the section you are interested in and then change the language in the top right. Before changing sections refresh the page, select the section and then the language. After ordering we were invited to select the Palermo Antipasti as a simple up selling exercise. Be sure to specify Frizzante if you want sparkling water otherwise Panna is delivered. House Red was a pleasant drink. Soda and Beer are also available. The atmosphere was pleasant and not noisy. We visited after the lightning and downpour and were seated inside thankfully.

This is without a doubt the best pizza I've had after spending more than two weeks in the south of Italy. …

I am sorry to write this review, but the first time we ordered the pizza was good, the second time it was practically inedible; I threw it all away. Before delivering a pizza, you check if it's good, and you cannot deliver a charred pizza that has already been paid for just because you don't care since I am not present in the dining room. It is not respectful.Read more

I have been there several times, the pizza would even be good, but the staff, referring to the person who takes the order, is rude and inattentive to the customer's needs. Yesterday we left 5 minutes after we sat down, and we will not be returning in the future.Read more

Food quality is good but the staff is terrible, particularly the one who has been working there the longest. He was railing against his colleagues in front of customers for a mistake he had made himself, complaining that his colleagues were doing nothing. I don't understand why they don't change jobs, or worse, why the managers don't realize how much the establishment's image suffers because of it. A real shame.Read more

Pizzeria where you can enjoy an excellent pizza using excellent raw materials but with a poor willingness to listen, an absolute lack of empathy and kindness on the part of the owner and the employees. A real shame, better to change places.Read more

Walking we come across this place ( previously another management ) . Local almost full na we note the availability of some table. Waiters notice our presence, but minutes pass before asking. They split a table of 4 in two. They tell us the menu is qcore. After 10 min abundant we look for their eyes, at least to immediately have a bottle of water and to order. Interesting menu we opt for pizza and an appetizer and two glasses of wine Arrival of the perfect timing starter. Soon after, two friends, acquaintances of the waiter, come in near our table. About 20 minutes go by, after the appetizer and we notice that the waiter brings two pizzas, we think that both our surprise are for our neighbors comensali. My husband and I are astonished. After 5 mi of clock arrive our order. We would have been on the verge of leaving the time at 22.00 made us decide to wait Too bad exceptional pizza from the dough, baking, quality of raw materials. But to be served and welcomed you must be "acquainted" or sponsored by the waiter.Read more
