  Found this place on Trip Advisor while looking for a good pizza in Palermo . Most of the time when visiting a new country I use Trip Advisor as a guide and Oaw it didn’t disappoint me at all with this restaurant. We are working for the Cruise Line and traveled the world. We visited many cities in Italy and this could be in too 3 best pizzas we ever had traveling the world . The restaurant is only open a few hours a day from 7 pm which could be the only inconvenience. Place is always packed so definitely you need a reservation. We got so lucky to go 1 st time without a reservation but we were only given 1 hr to eat . Valentina our waitress in the 1st night was absolutely outstanding 🤩. Probably the only one speaking English but her personality and excellent customer service together with how delicious everything was is what made us book again 2 days later . Upon arrival 2nd day because of our international phone number they couldn’t confirm our reservation but when we got there and Valentina came to translate she remembered us and accommodated us right away . Even though she wasn’t our waitress 2nd time she came by and made sure everything was ok . Valentina is a great asset to your restaurant. We work in customer service industry and we were so happy with her service. She made us feel welcomed always with a smile . Thank you Valentina . The food is absolutely delicious. There is not one thing negative I can find . The pizza was incredible as I said for us in top 3 traveling the world . Waiting time for food not a problem at all . If you wanna try desert even though it is not in the menu I highly recommend you the Cannoli they have : Oaw is to die for 😍. Absolutely delicious 😋. We highly recommend this restaurant. Don’t forget to make a reservation before you go to avoid disappointment.

  Amazing pizza, super staff. Easy to book online. (Reservation is definitely required!) It was quite hot inside the glass section of the restaurant.

  I was skeptical about this pizzeria. I'm particularly picky about pizza 🍕, and I don't usually like Neapolitan pizza 👎🏻, but rather the thin, crispy crust! That's how they make it here, truly DELICIOUS 😋❗️ I especially recommend the "Palermo," which is the more elegant and better version (and also much healthier!) than the Palermo "sfincione" ❗️ Great job, guys, congratulations I'll definitely be back ❗️

  Incredible mixtures of flavors — a perfect balance of Sicilian tradition and gourmet creativity. I had Brontadella - highly recommended!
