The pizza was incredible. The dough was light and perfectly cooked. Toppings were fresh and tasted of good quality. My dietary requirements were accommodated for and the vegan cheese was superb. Our server, Carmen, checked in on us and took good care of us during our visit. The open kitchen concept is very cool and offers the opportunity to see pizzaiolos from Italy creating the pizzas.

Massive portions, delicious pizza. We were a group of six and they were able to sit us down immediately. I tried the special pizzas for this month and the triple cep pizza was gorgeous, lovely creamy white sauce, if you like mushrooms I really recommend it tasted like mushrooms garlic bread pizza. Also tried their cala Italia pizza, it reminded me of a posh ham and cheese toastie. Their house lemonades are really nice. Nice vibes here too staff are lovely. My friend had a peanut allergy and he was well look after, he was given an iPad with a special menu to tell him what to avoid

I popped in for a meal and was blown away! The Triple Pepperoni and Cinghiale were spot on—both in taste and presentation. The service was fantastic; the team really made an effort to check in and ensure everything was perfect. Plus, the atmosphere was lively and inviting. I can’t wait to come back for more!

We often visit Rudy's, the pizza's are awesome. Service is outstanding, our waitress on Tuesday was Carmen who was so helpful explaining the specials and new items on the menu. Ate my tiramisu before taking a photo. Had a lovely evening and looking forward to returning soon.

Excellent pizzas. Nice crispy base and always good flavours. The beer was refreshing. Big portions too.

We had lovely pizza at this restaurant and the service was excellent. The wine was also delicious. We were definitely visit again. I would recommend booking in advance on the app to make it easier and to guarantee a table.

Best pizza I have had in a long time. Great staff. We were visiting for the states and the waiter was so friendly. We enjoyed the great pizza.

Well, a great welcome, brilliant staff, the biggest health issue they have is the lack of ventilation system as the odour of sweat and stale air really lets the place down. A place in neat of background music would help drown out the noise too. However the biggest problem is the no ventilation, the aircon seems to work well but that just cools the air in there, not extracting the sweaty smell air which is the very poor ventilation. But as always it’s profits over maintenance, but I have ensured this is being reported to my contact to the council over health & safety.

Amazing Food, Shockingly Poor Service Visited Rudy’s Pizza on 30/04/2026 with a booking for 5:15pm. The food, as always, was absolutely amazing but sadly the service completely let the experience down. On arrival, my partner and I waited at the front of the restaurant for several minutes without acknowledgment. I appreciate it was busy, but we were eventually seated 5–10 minutes later. Once seated, we were then left for a further 10–15 minutes without anyone coming over to take a drinks order. When someone finally arrived, we ordered both drinks and food at the same time, just in case we didn’t see anyone again for a while. We ordered: Burrata sharer Salsiccia pizza Marinara pizza with toppings Three dips Coke Zero and Diet Coke After another long wait, our starter arrived. It was placed on the table and the waitress walked off no plates, no cutlery, no check-in. I had to flag down another waitress to ask where our drinks were. She apologised, and the drinks arrived later, but they were wrong (Diet Coke and regular Coke instead of Diet Coke and Coke Zero). When this was pointed out, it was corrected, though with some confusion. The burrata was lovely, as expected. After another long wait, our pizzas arrived again, dropped off without conversation. No dips. The quest to find another waitress began ..... Eventually got the attention of a waitress and we were asked which dips we’d ordered, which was surprising as this should have been on the order. The dips eventually arrived and were very good. Finally, asking for the bill felt like another challenge. From the moment we requested it, we waited an additional 10–15 minutes, almost as if the restaurant didn’t want to be paid. I completely understand a restaurant being busy, but this wasn’t just slow it was disorganised, inattentive, and frustrating throughout. The food was excellent, but the service was honestly shocking. Maybe avoid the Castle Street branch, at least during busy periods.
