  Delivery took about an hour after ordering on a Thursday. Various drop offs before getting to us. Pizza could not be described as hot or warm. Eldest best described it as room temperature. Enough that the cheese on garlic pizza was a solid lump. Nonetheless a great pizza base and flavourful toppings. May visit in person. Would recommend. Loses a star for promptness. Another for being barely warm.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana in Stockton Heath is truly outstanding. The quality of their authentic Italian pizza is exceptional – perfectly soft, light Neapolitan dough, fresh ingredients, rich flavours and a real taste of Italy in every slice. Every order is consistently delicious and prepared with great care. As someone who works with them as a delivery driver, I see behind the scenes every day, and I can confidently say their professionalism is on the highest level. The team is friendly, organised and always respectful. Orders are prepared on time, the packaging is excellent, and the kitchen runs smoothly, which makes deliveries fast and customers happy. Rudy’s combines amazing food with top-class service, and it’s a pleasure to work with them.   I had a lovely evening out with some delicious drinks and a great atmosphere. The Cinghiale pizza was fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to order it again. However, the Margherita could have been better—it was a bit burnt, and the tables were quite sticky. The team were super friendly and attentive, which made a positive difference to my visit. Overall, we enjoyed it

  We don't often go out on Boxing day but after a tough year we wanted to make the most of the festive period. We both love pizza, we both love all Italian food and of course we love Italy and it's people so have sampled pizza there on many occasions, I also built a brick pizza oven (wood fired) in our garden 3 years ago and understand the importance of good dough and fresh good quality ingredients as well as proper oven management. It's rare to find good quality pizza in the UK away from small restaurants that sink or swim based on what they produce for you. I was surprised that this was a chain because the quality was so good, the big players in this section tend to produce a grease soaked cardboard frisbee and pass it off as a pizza, not at Rudy's, the variety of ingredients and quality of the pizza have been great on every visit, it's been consistently excellent. I can't fault anything and recommend that if you haven't eaten from here, you should try. Service has been excellent and the pricing is fair too. Looking forward to visiting again soon

  Great restaurant, welcoming even during busy day. We walked in and our experience was very good. I tried pizza already in different locations and this definitely doesn’t disappoint. Thanks for staff to make this place fabolous.

  Perfect as always. Sophie was so helpful and lovely, she gave us recommendations and also told us about a new truffle dip- she really went above and beyond for us!

  We are regular visitors to Rudys Stockton Heath and have always found the staff brilliant and the food excellent. Tonight was my Mums 83rd Birthday and we had a large table of 18. The service was great, the food came quickly and considering there were so many of us we were served in no time. They really went the extra mile to make sure our Mum had a lovely evening. I think all the staff are fabulous but a special shout out to Roger who was amazing with our Grandson. We would very much like to thank you all for a perfect evening.

  After an initial issue with the table reservation, we did have a really good experience. Food and drinks were delivered at lightening speed and the food was delicious. Empty plates all round!!

  Ordered two Pizzas by take away delivery service it nearly an hour and a half to receive food. Rudy’s has terrible customer service and simply don’t have the capacity to deal with non-restaurant orders.
