The best Pizza in Japan and better than Italy. Wow. The owner works so hard to make each pizza a work of art. Every aspect of the pizza is personalized as he stresses over each detail and makes sure the pizza is fired to perfect. We were 5 people and 4 pizzas and clearly could have had two more! The crust is so thin and wonderful. We enjoyed a lamb pizza and truffle pizza and mushroom and prociiouto. What an amazing experience. It's worth the wait no matter how long the line.
