Clearly one of the best Neapolitan style pizzas I have ever had. The crust is incredible.l light, fluffy and incredibly well prepared; not a minute under or over baked in one of their two huge (named ovens) woodfired ovens. This pizza goes down as some of the best pizza I’ve had In my life. The margherita pizza was so insanely flavorful. I think it’s actually the best pizza I’ve had and I’ve been to New York / Italy. Shocked that I found such good pizza in japan. It looks simple but the flavors were sooo saturated it was crazy

The pizza is baked in a stone oven, and I ordered the Margherita. It was absolutely delicious. It was just a 3 minute walk from Azabu-Juban Station. There were many foreigners(obviously not locals ), and I had to wait about 30 minutes, but it was definitely worth it!
