Pizza Lovers say: "Amazing Neapolitan pizza, especially the calzone. Staff are welcoming and passionate. Taste can be average when the owner chef isn't present."

After having various pizzas across multiple visits to Japan, this is without a doubt the best! Staff were really welcoming, friendly, accommodating and helpful and we felt super comfortable. Seems a really local place, was very busy with people inside and takeaways. Pizza was just amazing, and better than some I've had in Italy, by a decent margin. If your nearby, don't question it, please go, you won't regret it.

My girlfriend and I are from Naples and after spending 10/11 days in Japan, we wanted a break from all the Japanese cuisine. So we found this little pizzeria which made us feel like home. Everything inside, every object, every little detail is a celebration of the Neapolitan city. I can't describe the laugh and the smile that I had while eating there. The pizza is good, for real. I've eaten worse pizzas in Napoli. Also got the chance to speak a bit of Italian with the Japanese chef who introduced himself as "Totò", thing which I absolutely loved. It's a small corner of Naples being present in Tokyo and it was a lovely discover. The chef loves Napoli and its culture, you can feel it. For every Italian that wants a break from the usual food, I recommend this. For every Neapolitan person: è comm sta 'nde vic e Napule

Stumbled upon this place after getting a haircut on Ginza, extremely spontaneous and boy was I surprised. Never in my life have I tried a Neapolitan pizza and the amount of flavor it comes with is astounding. I opted for the calzone version and was blown away by how flavorful it was. The first bite was amazing and got better and better, not to mention the staff here is very diligent and aware if you need a refill or have a question. Small space and good vibes with a great music selection. Will be back on my next voyage to Japan.

A small good Pizzeria, When the owner chef is there making pizza himself, the pizza taste is excellent. But when he is off, taste is just average (however still better than in many other places ) Service is fair. A small Japanese young waitress was very kind. Location is good close to the station and not any other good Pizzeria around. They have a few outside table that are good when weather allow it to eat outside.

Great atmosphere, and beautiful pizza! I took a pizza frittata and my father a montanara. Before we started with crocchè, zeppoline and mozzarelline….bone!

You can enjoy 【Pizza Fritta】at 【PIZZERIA CIRO】in Higashinakano, Tokyo. ✔︎Pizza Fritta ¥1580 Fritta has ricotta cheese, ham and stuff like that inside whereas the coating is moist and savory. ✔︎Montanara ¥980 Deep fried without butter pizza on top of Margherita. Frying makes dough more fluffy and salty. I blown away the staff since enjoyed these dishes by myself. As the eatery does not accept reservation for lunch, you are prepared to wait 10 min prior to opening time so that you can come in without waiting. Never disappointed for the authentic Napoli Pizza!

The second best place for pizza in Tokyo. Have been here several times, and am never disappointed by the pizza or the antipasti. Fabulous espresso as well (and Italian friend of me raves about the coffee here). The service is simply limited to getting you what you order, which is often the case in Japan until the servers/owners see you coming around a lot.

This place was a great place to be recommended to try and close to all main train stations at Higashi Nakano. The flavours of everything was fantastic and so real and close to pizza's from Italy. Value for money and overall tastes and service are all on line to make a great/memorable dining experience. Highly suggest anyone that likes pizza definitely try this place as soon as possible. This place can get busy so also suggest to pre book a table to make sure you can dine.

After discovering this place I come here as often as possible as it never disappoints. The pizza is fresh, delicious, and wood oven cooked. True Italian style (not Japanese style). The prices for a basic margherita are quite affordable, but if you want any topping the prices do quickly jump higher. The wine/beer selection is OK, but not huge. Lunch time is less crowded and offer set discounts (evenings can mean waiting for a table as its pretty popular).
