Pizza Lovers say: "Amazing pizzas, especially the Super Bellina with ricotta. Fried stracciatella cone is a must. Can be busy and long waits if you miss reservations."

Excellent pizzas! Slightly outside of the historic center of Lecce, but worth the walk. Walk ins can be busy but you can book a table online through their website. Highly recommend.

This pizzeria in Lecce is highly rated and comes highly recommended—and for good reason. It’s incredibly popular, especially on weekends and during the high season, so I suggest visiting on a weekday if you want to avoid the crowds and the …

Came because Google searches about Lecce pizza. 400 Gradi has a top rating from experts and rightly so. We did make a reservation but were late because of car trouble but just know once you miss your window you will wait for a bit. It was Monday night in October and the place was packed. But our wait wasn't too bad. It is fair, we were late. But the pizza was worth it. One of the best I've ever had. I've traveled the world, including 9 previous times to Italy, so I've eaten many pizzas, this is one for the memory banks. Crust is delicious and well made, long rises from what I read and it shows. The crust was perfect combination char and crispness. The ingredients were a good balance between tomato, cheeses and in my case with the PUNTA DI COLTELLO, sausage. The decor and atmosphere were fun. Truly glad we came here, despite staying on the other side of town.

Love that we discovered this place. It looks like it’s very popular because they filled it up right after opening. We tried ordering starters - croquettes were good but fried one was amazing and I wish we ordered 2. They are perfect for …

No need to go to Naples this is one of the best pizza of the region. So many options on the menu. I choose the Super Bellina pizza and it was so good with the ricotta stuffed in the dough! So Yummy!!

Once here, it took just one bite to feel transported to Naples: essential pizzas, real ingredients, no frills. San Marzano tomato filleted, mozzarella, basil, extra virgin olive oil. End. And above all, perfect! The demonstration that when the raw material is right, nothing else is needed. Then, suddenly, the twist: those "basic" pizzas that were the soul of the place disappear from the menu, replaced by more elaborate combinations, ingredients that seem to come from a laboratory rather than a kitchen. The question arises spontaneously: why? Why complicate what was working perfectly? For fashion? For margin? For boredom? Whatever the answer is, it is a shame. Because nothing was lacking here: it was enough to continue doing the simple things well. I hope this is just a phase... and that sooner or later that pizza returns which did not need explanations.Read more

Certain "names" carry themselves without the need for advertising. The quality of the ingredients was superb; I ordered a simple margherita to highlight the simplicity of the pizza, and it was just that—the tomato was sweet and delicate, and the mozzarella was flavorful and fresh. One of the best pizzas I have eaten in Lecce!Read more

Fast service, pizza as always exceptional, shame about the paper packaging for the fried, original choice, but little respectful of the environment (huge waste of paper!)Read more
