Summary: if you are visiting Puglia and like good pizza, I think it is worth going out of your way to visit this pizzeria. Truly a superlative pizza experience. All ingredients and the preparation were excellent. The tomato sauce fresh, sweet acidic; the mozarella providing a rich and creamy and lactic component. The dough seemed traditionally neopolitan in hydration and fermentation (i.e. not overly fermented but also not expedited) and cooked in a stable 430C oven. The cook, in combination with the dough preparation was truly outstanding yielding a pizza that was both cooked through (no doughy interior crust) and had an amazing external crust. The crust was at the same time extremely delicate and thin while also being very crispy. There was no crunch to it, PURE crisp! The bottom was similarly crisp and stood up well to the garnishes. The dough was also light and not chewy. Truly exceptional, the best Ive ever had. The toppings were also all tasty. I also believe they have a good selection of beers. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience. Simply perfect. The pizzas are perfect.! No improvement possible for Diavolo with spicy salami. Dough delicious, ingredients high quality. The best pizza in our weekly travel through Apulia. Also the salad was fresh and very tasty. Very recommended. Sorry for the late photo 😁 LH♥️

I was super impressed that they have 3 vegan pizzas, with lots of ingredients, not just a sad marinara. Too bad they did not serve outside on the terrace, as it was a lovely day today outside. But service was super fast and the pizza was tasty, we had the Terra MIA.

Very much recommended. Super delicious food and also very good service. We had Tagliere Vulcano and Onion’s Symphony. Pizza dough is delicious edges crunchy all like it should be. Onion’s Symphony was a bit too much onion taste for my girlfriend. But I think it was just fantastic. But for sure come back another time. and we did. We had another delicious pizza which was called sauna type can I remember the name. Also we had cheesecake where the one with the red sauce is the best one

Pizza heaven!! Better than any pizza I had in Naples. Huge selection of options and great value. Some nice beers also. Salad was huge and fresh. This place is great. Service good and not too long to wait for the pizzas. A pity I'm not here to revisit on this holiday.
