Great food and great service. Quite easy to order from your phone on English using QR code link to a webpage. (QR Code available for free WiFi if needed). Vegetarian and vegan section to the menu which was as great help.

Great variety of Margherita pizzas! The yellow sauce one (Margherita Oro) was delicious, and service was quick and efficient.

I loved this place. Italian food with a Japanese twist. The red sauce pasta with the octopus in it was magnificent. The fried zucchini squash were like little veggie donut holes. Tiramisu was okay. Overall a great meal. So fun to watch the pizza be made right in front of me.

Pizza is great. One of the best I've had in Japan so far (there are better, but this is my number 1 spot for the Namba/Shinsaibashi region of Japan). Service was good - very attentive. Can order using the QR code or directly with a server. I do think it's a little expensive for what this place is and what you get (hence 4 stars instead of 5) but it's not crazy prices... I just wouldn't go that often because of this, it wouldn't stop me going. Various pasta and other options on the menu added variety. Pasta was good (pasta has a tendency to be overcooked in Japan, but this place did it well - still over for my husbands POV but he likes it al dente, for me it was good). Stairs into the restaurant... there is an elevator, but it doesn't seem to allow you into the restaurant. Maybe it goes to a staff only area or something? Was a bit weird. My hope would be that, for those that truly need an elevator, they would allow you to use it somehow. Wasn't clear when we asked about it, they just said it didn't work. It DID work (we used it), it just wouldn't let us into the restaurant (blockade in front of the door, you can't even get off the elevator). We thought the restaurant was closed initially because of this - like for an event or something - but upon investigating, it was open, just has to use the stairs at the front. (Fluent Japanese was used, so this wasn't a communication issue). Seems a bit silly to not even have a sign on the blockade to explain things. Restaurant is a decent size [for Japan] so would be able to accommodate larger groups if needed, but call/ask if your group is bigger than 10 people as it would start to become a squeeze (it's not THAT big).
