Al Borgo truly impresses with its delicious dishes—the pizza is deliciously crispy, the pasta fresh and perfectly flavorful. You can clearly sense the genuine passion in the kitchen! 🍕🍝 It's just a shame the service is a bit too relaxed. The staff sometimes seems inattentive—it almost feels like they'd rather be in the kitchen than oversee the dining room. A little more smile and a more constant presence would make the experience perfect. Anyway, the excellent food is definitely worth a visit! With a little more attentive service, it would definitely be five stars.

Great experience! A place from another era, welcoming and charming, but a bit old-fashioned. In the summer, however, it must be wonderful to dine outside, within the medieval walls. The pizza is very good; it's not the super-soft Neapolitan dough, but it's still soft, not very thin, and almost whole wheat (probably because they use a special flour). I recommend the "pizza tour," so you can try several different pizzas. All four pizzas we tried were excellent: the simple marinara, well-seasoned and juicy; the modern Isolana with pistachio and lemon; the escarole and sausage; and the radicchio and speck. The service was friendly, if a bit slow; they were probably short on staff. I'd even say the prices were "from another era." Four pizzas (including three specialty pizzas), two 66-euro beers, one 1-liter Coke, one bottle of sparkling water, and three spirits: €12.50 per person. The pizza prices are particularly low. Highly recommended for trying several delicious pizzas in a quiet setting at a more than fair price. And for an interesting stroll through the medieval village of Molinara.
