🌟 I just had the most exquisite dinner of my entire life. Every bite felt like a love letter written in flavor — I’m truly enchanted. ✨🍷 1. Beef Tenderloin Tartare Hand-cut and seasoned with island-inspired notes — the perfect dance of creaminess, acidity, and a subtle spicy touch. An elegant dish full of confidence and character. 2. Carrillera nel Bosco Beef cheek slow-cooked for over 12 hours... melting into porcini mushroom cream and crowned with delicate slices of black truffle. Sensual. Decadent. Impossible to forget. 3. Rianata – Authentic Sicilian Pizza A bold tribute to Sicilian roots — topped with parsley-almond pesto, Casa Santoña anchovies, cherry tomatoes, rare cheeses, wild oregano, and a kiss of toasted almonds. A masterpiece on dough. 4. Semifreddo Pistacchio A delicate finale — ethereal pistachio cream, roasted pistachio paste, cocoa soil, and flakes of Maldon salt. Sweetness and soul. I’m still floating somewhere between Sicily and heaven. 🍽💫 Who said food isn’t poetry?

An authentic Sicilian taste experience in the heart of Madrid – an unforgettable dinner! I had an absolutely memorable dinner at Ozio Gastronómico on April 4th! The warm atmosphere, modern and premium design, and attention to detail captivated us from the very first moment. The dishes were excellent – each plate was a perfectly balanced combination of authentic flavors, presented impeccably. I savored every moment of the Amaneta tasting menu, starting with the pasta of outstanding quality! A big plus for the exceptional service – we were greeted with smiles and treated with great care by Bruno, a very attentive, professional, and friendly waiter. Additionally, a colleague of his, a very lovely young lady (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name), perfectly complemented this experience with her kindness and smile. Thank you to the Ozio team for a perfect evening! We will definitely return and recommend this place to everyone who wants to discover the true flavor of Sicily in Madrid.

This is a creative Italian-style restaurant with white walls and wood accents, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The staff is warm and attentive, offering thorough explanations of the menu. I went for the AMANTES DE LA PASTA tasting menu with wine pairing. Each course was bold in flavor and thoughtfully prepared. My favorite was the Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino—lightly seasoned yet elevated with a touch of spicy olive oil that added a perfect kick. The total came to 63 EUR. If you're a fan of Italian flavors or looking to explore a new twist on classic recipes, this is a great spot to visit. Alongside pasta, they also offer pizza and other regional specialties, so I’ll definitely return to try more dishes.
