Pizza Lovers say: "Incredible drinks like the sweater weather, amazing arancini, and thin crust pizza. Crust was sometimes a little burnt."

My family LOVED the food and experience we had here! Everything from drinks to dessert was incredible! I have been here two separate times recently and each visit was absolutely delicious! I had some of the best wine I have ever had from their house blend. So incredible! The sweater weather drink was so complex, tasty, and comforting! Even the aftertaste was delicious. After my first sip, I immediately thought, I’ll need to get more! We ordered half and half the Elmo and Sonja pizzas as well as the cheese and meat board. The pizza was so amazing! I especially loved the Elmo. The salamis were so interesting and every element on the board was perfect. The toasted bread was spread with a delightful sauce, the pickled veggies were sharp and contrasted so well with the cheeses and meats. Highly recommend! The next visit we had the Ribeye for Two, Pasta Fazool, Quesabirria Tacos, Beet Salad, Burgers, and Carrot Cake. We also had Roy Rogers to drink with our food. The came with the most amazing candied cherries! The Beet salad was one of the best things I had. The flavor combinations with the cheeses, nuts, fruits, and dressing had us all going for seconds! The steak was so impressive and was cooked to perfection. It came with potato wedges that were mouth wateringly good. Best potato wedges I have ever had by far. My whole family was fighting over the steak. The burgers were amazing, we didn’t have time to grab a photo of them before chowing down! My Pasta Fazool was so comforting and tasty. It was such a beautiful dish! The Quesabirria tacos were amazing and the salsa and consumes were the absolute best. We all shared the carrot cake and each element was amazing. The restaurant is also beautiful and filled with interesting art and amazing decor. We were all looking around and sharing the interesting things we noticed! All the staff were so nice, helpful, and friendly! After finishing our food, we stopped by the bodega next door. We bought a can of those amazing candied cherries, some biscotti, and their daily fresh made focaccia breads. Can’t wait to sample those! Definitely make time to stop by and try!

All that was missing was a foot rub, seriously. As a Sicilian, I was very pleased eating here. The food was amazing (some of the best arancini I’ve ever had), the flavor was exceptional, service was prompt and considerate, and the atmosphere was very laidback. Taste reminded me of my Nonna’s kitchen. Can’t wait to go back, and I don’t revisit restaurants often. I ate almost everything before remembering to take a pic 🥲 mi dispiace amici. I guess I’ll have to go back for you guys.

Solid reputation that is accompanied by large portion sizes. Great thing about the pizza is how thin the crust is 🙌 nice local brews as well

Food was good. Pizza was little burnt on the crust, but nothing too bad. I just thought it was little more than normal. Service was good and didn't have to wait for too long to be seated. Self checkout receipt was interesting and worked flawlessly. Nothing extraordinary that I noticed nor anything bad.

Been to Diavolo several times. For an out of the way restaurant, the food is surprisingly good. But the wine service keeps the restaurant from being first rate. While there are some good selections, the wine service is inexcusable: 1) all red wines are stored and served at room temperature (65 to 70 degrees), whereas 55 degrees is necessary, and 2) in addition to being served far too warm, the open bottles are typically tired -- several days old but not gassed or pumped overnight. This is my experience with 3 recent visits to the restaurant. Example: Cerbaiona is a rare and wonderful Italian wine that I was surprised to see on the Diavolo wine list. I was excited to order it, but asked to see the bottle first. The bottle was 65 to 70 degrees, and had obviously been stored at that high temperature. I had to pass on the bottle. Hard to explain how a restaurant with such a fine chef can fail so miserably with its wine service.

We love this place! We feel lucky it’s on our way home from the lake where we go most weekends in the summer. The food is amazing and the servers are always great! I only wish they didn’t store their red wine on top of the refrigerated units. It’s always too warm. But it is great wine! I love their bento boxes and my hubby’s is the pork cheek ragu - with the side of bread! Yum! The pizza is - of course- amazing and very inventive toppings!

I can’t remember ever feeling less welcomed as a customer. We called ahead with a party of six and were told no reservations for fewer than 8 …. We arrived 10 minutes later to see no line, and were told wait would be probably 45 minutes. After watching several tables empty and parties of 2, 4 and 6 being seated ahead of us (including a group of 4 at a table for 6) we inquired of the next group that breezed past us (4) and they said they had a reservation… meanwhile zero communication from ‘hostess’ who seemed unable to look us in the eye. We finally gave up. Not sure if they even noticed but it’s just as well because we had plenty of time to peruse the meat heavy menu and found only one possible vegetarian option with all other items containing meats often 2 or 3 types which is weird because pizza and pasta are so good with veggies

Met with friends here over lunch for pizza and pasta and a bottle of wine - it was great - staff are lovely, and no wait on the food. I’d go eat here again in a heartbeat and pricing was reasonable. Wood fired oven - and easy parking right outside. Took a bottle of wine, $25 for corkage.
