Pizza Lovers say: "The Drunken Love Pizza and chicken parm are fantastic. Service can be slow, but the calamari and tiramisu are delicious."

We got a reservation ahead of time but when we arrived have to wait 40 minutes and were sent back and forth between the restaurant and the "pizza bar". The only reason we stayed was the reservation having a card on hold and essentially already having money tied to it. The atmosphere was raucous and unpleasant. On the resteraunt side they featured a DJ that I was heard asked to turn the music down twice by guests. I've read multiple other reviews online that confirm this is a consistent issue. Not only was the volume too loud, the music just doesn't fit the atmosphere established. Eventually we were sat on the pizza bar side at a split table that another couple was sat at Midway through our meal. Ordering was fine and our server was quick, attentive, and pleasant though sparsely seen. When the food arrived my pizza was excellent, genuinely no complaints. My partner got the Alfredo with roasted chicken for a $12 upcharge. The chicken that came out was not just bland but completely unseasoned. Likewise, the Alfredo sauce was lacking in flavor depth. The pasta texture was gummy , I didn't like it but my partner said she actually liked the noodles. She also had a drink which was small but good.

Wow, absolutely delicious! We were traveling with a group and searching for a great Italian spot, and this place kept coming up. I’m so glad we gave it a try. I had the chicken parm and it was fantastic, especially the sauce. Everyone in our group really enjoyed their meal as well. One tip: if you’re dining in, try to sit in the back dining room rather than the front, as it can be a bit loud up there. Definitely on my list to visit again.

My family and I had appetizers, dinner, and desert here. Everything we had was great. We would recommend the calamari- it was so good, we ordered another! It comes with a phenomenal garlic sauce & a unique red sauce. We also got the Beef Carpaccio, it was small, but had great flavor. For dinner we all loved the Drunken Love Pizza, it was amazing! We also had the Sunday Sauce pasta & enjoyed the two different meats in it. Two others got the chicken Parmesan and really liked it. If you are in the area and want some amazing Italian food, definitely go here. We learned they make home made pasta and pizza dough daily. We had to sit at the bar because it was the only seating available - we tried making a reservation but they weren’t answering the phone. Definitely try to make a reservation in advance, because it was packed! So good, if we are back in DC we will absolutely eat here again.

The drunken love pizza and caesar salad were delicious! Really friendly and helpful staff, though the service was slow for things like filling water glasses, getting plates and menus… The tiramisu was an amazing way to end the meal. Would recommend stopping by if you are in the area!

I decided to try this place because some girl on TikTok was raving about the spicy vodka pasta with shrimp, which was the only thing I ordered for pick up to go. First of all, this place doesn’t take orders online or by the phone so you have to go into the restaurant to order and then wait for the order before they bring it to you, which was sort of annoying but whatever. That spicy vodka pasta dish ended up being almost $30 because they charge $8 to add the shrimp. I thought that was pricey but the food must be super worth it. I get the pasta and there is only like four small pieces of shrimp and the pasta and sauce weren’t even that good. Extremely mediocre. Then there’s a 4% surcharge on all orders, despite if you’re dining in or getting the food to go, plus taxes, so the total cost for that one small dish to go (no tip) was $40, which I think is insane. Moral of the story is to not get their food to go, and maybe the food tastes better if you dine in, but I have a hard time believing that. This place is incredibly overpriced for very, very mediocre Italian food. Definitely go somewhere else!

Mediocre and overpriced. Sunday Sauce pasta had very little meat and overly sweet tomato sauce that tasted like it came out of a jar. Pasta with pesto, ricotta and peas was watery and had weak flavor. Pasta in vodka sauce was ok. One salad, three pastas, and three cocktails came to $230 with tax and tip.

The meals are HUGE we got the eggplant parm with macaroni as a side. We were able to share between the both of us with feeling full afterwards. Just a warning the age old fight with skin or without so if you are on the without skin on your eggplant then this dish is not for you. Now getting to the best part the dessert TIRAMISU, well it was old-school soaked with the espresso delish.

The most AMAZING food! We shared the Drunken Love pizza which had the best sauce and crust! We had sandwiches, the Tomato Tomato, Nonna's Turkey and the Italian. So fresh! And the dessert! Ricotta Cheesecake and Tiramisu were divine! I wanted to pick the fig glaze off of the plate! We meet Chef Chris in an airport with his beautiful girlfriend, Sada. Best chance encounter ever! Cannot recommend thos restaurant enough! Get there early for lunch and make a reservation for dinner!

Absolutely the most amazing pizza! Drunken Love ❤️ the crust is divine! So thin yet chewy and solid! The Turkey Club - the best bread I've ever eaten 🤩 the banana peppers were the perfect extra touch! A chance meeting in a airport with Chef Chris and his beautiful girlfriend was a win for us! We will definitely be back and tell everyone to visit!

Ordered a martini which was delivered half full in a short glass. Wife ordered pasta with meatballs and the dinner was served in a soup of sauce.
