Chicago is positively loaded with pizza restaurants. Some focus on deep-dish pizza whoch, I confess, is not my fave. Robert's fave is thin crust, and -- oh my -- its is absolutely sensational. The ingredients vary all over the place. If you cannot find or create your ideal, you must be in the wrong place. BUT, as great as the ingredients are, the crust is absolutely amazing.
