  This Pizzeria is easily found in the city. The day we went, it was fairly quiet and picked up as the evening went on. We didn't have to wait and were seated quickly. I had tried the branch in Naples and had loved it so high expectations when we arrived I was surprised to see more options compared to the Naples one. Pizza is large and thin. I found it a little floppy. the crust gets chewy as the pizza starts to cool down service was ok, nothing special. Price wise it is good value for money it doesn't live up to the Naples branch Found a branch in Parma and the menu here was also different, so not sure if there is consistency as a chain

  A lovely warm welcome as soon as we got in, the waiters nice a nice. The pizza was special, so nice, so thin, so so so delicious! good coffee ☕️ The decor is clean and cute 😍 The tiramisu is so good! The only thing is say is i found odd is the staff ask you to rate them for a shot of lemoncielo, and for someone like me who travels the world and reviews as a job, it seems rude? but each to their own! I recommend 1000%!

  The best pizza I’ve ever had! Phenomenal staff and service! Our server Arsa was really accommodating and patient! The food came fast and did not disappoint! Excellent value for money, and fresh ingredients! Can’t recommend enough!

  We waited 30 minutes beyond the advertised delivery time without a proper explanation. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and the dough was still raw — impossible to eat. This is not just about a delay, but about quality and basic respect for customers. If you cannot provide realistic delivery times and properly cooked food, you should reconsider accepting orders. We will not be returning and expect a refund for this unacceptable experience.

  Service was slow and staff were inattentive. Unfortunately only attention had been when we were leaving. Thanks to one of the waiters who offered lemoncello at the end of our dinner. The rest of staff were definitely careless. Pizza was good and delicious. Sure thing there are better places around.

  I'd like to have done a review based on the quality of food, but I left prior to even ordering due to the obnoxiousness and rudeness of a waiter. On arrival it was quiet. There were many, many tables free and I asked the young waiter where he would like us to sit. He indicated that we could sit anywhere so we opted for a table close to the edge of rhe boundary of the outside seating area. Initially I didn't notice that there were three places set but as the young waiter had shown us that we could sit there we anticipated no issues. We reviewed the menu on the Web via the QR code and caught the eye of a different waiter in readiness for our order to be taken. He simply barked at us that we couldn't sit where we were because the table was for 3 and not 2. I tried to explain that his colleague had directed us there but he was dismissive, rude and almost hostile. We just got up and walked out. Sorry, but I didn't expect to be spoken to in the way that he did. A simple and polite request from him based on the need to move would have been received by me in a more constructive manner, but as an adult I won't be spoken to like that so my money will go elsewhere.
