  When we arrived, we had a reservation, and they still placed us upstairs in an area that looked like a canteen. Everyone was packed together, it was extremely hot, and yet there were so many free tables downstairs. The manager came to speak to us, and honestly, her tone was not what you would expect from a restaurant manager. She’s supposed to find solutions for customers, not talk to us as if we were her friends. Then the director of the restaurant arrived and started calling us “caballero”. We are clients, here to dine, and you don’t address customers like that. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I absolutely do not recommend this place, and if you go, expect something truly underwhelming.
