We love the pizza at Pizzana. It is always great. The place is always clean the service is wonderful. It is very pretty and we often eat there. This time we did take away. It was perfect. This is Daniele Uditi’s place and is recommended by Michelin. This pizza is Naples type pizza, but they go out of their way to get great sourced toppings. The signature “slow dough” is meticulously prepared and allowed to ferment for two days. This gives a light crust but still sturdy enough to pick up with one hand. They have the best toppings. Don't let my photos fool you. My husband took of a bunch of my toppings and left me with just a few, which is best for me. They never skimp on toppings. You will just love it. Their pastas are also great and I usually get one when we dine there. The Creste alla Vodka, Pappardelle alla Bolognese and Spaghetti al Pomodoro are all great, it just depends on your mood at the moment. We also love their salads. The arugula salad with, spinach, shaved fennel, lemon zest, pine nut, parmigiano, lemon citronette is my favorite, but they also make a great chopped salad. And here, never miss dessert. They have their own pastry chef and all of it is good. My favorite is the three Panna Cottas with salted caramel sauce and caramelized pretzel and also their Torta al Limone which is the best lemon sponge cake, white chocolate frosting, candied lemon. It also can go home with ease. You really need to pick one. The place is just a happy place to be.

Looking to meet some friends on a visit through LA and to do so over some pizza, reservations were made for Pizzana. We left satisfied; read on for details. Pizzana can be quite busy so make your reservations in advance with the Resy app; I had to change my reservations three times and the app made it easy. Arriving a few minutes early and without our full party on a Friday evening, we were seated immediately. Our food server, Sydney, was excellent all around. The service overall was friendly and efficient. The Funghi and Cacio e Pepe pizzas were excellent and I would order them again. The Margherita was okay and my friend enjoyed enjoyed his gluten-free pizza. While it's a bit expensive for pizza, it's a fair price for a Michelin meal One suggestion to the restaurant if you read this: consider serving the pizza on something conserves heat, like cardboard, rather than something that makes the pizza cool down so quickly.

We found Parking right out front. The servers were kind and friendly. The brussels sprout salad was really delicious. The pizza crust was authentic and flavor titillating, althoigh they could have been cooked slightly lighter. While this was an expensive find I would definitely recommend it!

We had not been to Pizzana in a while, ever since they opened a branch in Sherman Oaks, but when we needed to find a mutually convenient place on the Westside, this was our first choice, and it was just as good as it was in 2019. Five of us enjoyed the meatballs, Brussels sprouts, and two pizzas. Each was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Yes, Pizzana is expensive, but the quality is there.

Cacio e pepe pizza is interesting. I loved the crust and the pepper taste. However, the pizza was severely lacking texture. Despite its look with the charred crust it had zero crunch to it. Definitely flavorful but I need the bottom to a bit crunchy. Good price. Medium pizza was $16. Also the Cacio e pepe needs one additional topping like mushrooms, red onion or some shredded beef to make this pizza complete.
