  We came to the restaurant with my wife to have dinner. When we sat down, the waitress asked if we wanted water. We politely declined, but she reacted very unprofessionally, clicking her tongue loudly, which could be heard across the restaurant. It immediately created an unpleasant impression. The food was average. I ordered chicken with potatoes — the chicken was overcooked, extremely dry, and completely without seasoning. It clearly needed more attention from the kitchen. Unfortunately, the service made the overall experience even worse. Our waitress seemed uninterested and inattentive. She didn’t check on the tables, didn’t smile, and looked rather annoyed throughout our visit. At one point, I asked her (in English) if the restaurant had tea. She didn’t understand and simply walked away without trying to clarify or ask a manager for help. This is not acceptable for a place that serves guests from different countries. I would strongly recommend management to pay attention to this employee (a waitress with black hair) and consider additional training — or reassignment — as she clearly lacks basic customer service skills and creates a negative impression of the restaurant. On a positive note, the manager was polite and helpful — thank you for that. Unfortunately, because of the poor service and disappointing main dish, I cannot recommend this restaurant. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both food quality and staff training. 29.09.25

  Fabulous restaurant, recommended to us by the host of the villa we were staying in whilst travelling and very happy we took his advice. We ate there every night and everything was delicious plus super friendly service

  Hello everyone but i am sorry. the food on the Pictures Look great but how can you say on your openings 6pm and the first person you ask for a seat tells you he dosnt know when we are open maybe 7 or 8pm we will see🤦 but to be fair maybe thats a thing here because Gika and le carni the street down east have the same time issues. 7pm there and doors closed the only one who saved me was a pizza to go by fratteli. it was good no doubt but not what i was looking for.

  Went today for a lovely dinner with my girlfriend, I have to say it was the best pizza we had so far in Italy and I have to say that the service offered by everyone was top especially by the brunette girl who went beyond and above helping us. Will definitely come back

  This place was fantastic. Friendly staff. Nice interior. Food amazing. Have never had a ragu sauce like it before - packed with meaty chunks and sumptuous flavour.
