The best way to describe this place is to say the food isn’t bad but it isn’t good. The service was really bad (at least for a foreigner). There were two of us and we ordered the lunch set right away, about 5 families came in after us and got their food first. We waited 40 minutes for one pizza and another 20 minutes for the second. The pizza was not worth the wait or the price (it was burnt on one side too). Once finishing the pizza we waited another 20 minutes for our coffee. As you can see by the picture, they gave us only a half filled cup of coffee :/. The only thing you’ll remember about this place is how you overpaid. My advice is to go to any forgettable place (dominos, etc.) and buy there, cheaper and faster service.

Nice Italian restaurant located on the top floor of the Lucua in the “food hall”. I was dining alone and sat at the center bar. There were plenty of tables around the restaurant with incredible window views- request one if this interests you. I ordered the “Cesar” salad and a cheese pizza. The salad had a delicious balsamic dressing, not was I expected, but good! Pizza came with your choice of olive oil and red pepper flakes OR honey. The honey drizzle was an excellent addition to the crunchy pizza crust.

Service is delayed, and the staff voice is too quiet. There is no music. English menu is not fully translated. You have to pay for any water. However, the view and pizza are both great!

Good food and service (English menus available, although the staff don't really speak English), great view. The “small” plates have really small portion size.

Very unfriendly and slow service. They just do not know how to make pizza. If you are looking for pizza just avoid this place!

Unfortunately he forgot our water and my pizza came after my friend finished already his. My toppings were cold and I obviously didn't have ruccola on my pizza, it was some other herb. Really disappointing. Also because there was no understanding for my pizza issues.

We received excellent service at this restaurant. We are not Japanese speakers but the restaurant has English menus and the staff were able to speak to us in English. The restaurant was quite stylish and very smart and clean. We ordered the lunch special - we could have one of a number of main dishes (pizza/pasta), a salad, and a coffee/tea/espresso (with a surprise mini dessert) for 1500yen. We are both vegetarians and ordered the mozzarella pizza on the deal as we saw that the salad didn't list any meat or fish. We didn't tell the waitress that we were vegetarian (we should have) and when the salad arrived she told us what everything was in English including anchovies in the sauce. We were happy just to forego the salad as we should have mentioned this in Japan, but the waitress was great and said no problem and brought us a green salad instead. The salad and pizza were delicious - would recommend for excellent service for vegetarians, and excellent access for English speakers. Find this restaurant on the 10th floor of the Lucua shopping mall next to Osaka station.
