To me, it's always the best Piadineria around Rimini! You can easily trust the menu, as any possible combination is there, but if the Chef that is in you is ready, order your own combination too! My favorite is always "gratinati" (oven baked veggies with bread crumbles), sausage and melted local cheese ("formaggio fuso"), which is just mouthwatering (yes, slightly hard on your afternoon too 😋). You can also order classic Italian dishes (pasta, burger), get fries and delicious Italian desserts. So, the only limit then is your fantasy (and your stomach too). Enjoy it without reserve!

The very best Piadina on planet earth ! I come every year to my family to Rimini for summer vacation, and i know a lot of Piadina restaurants in and around Rimini, but Bar Ilde is really the very best. The taste of the Piadina dough and the ingredients are insanly fresh and good. I look forward to every new visit to Bar Ilde.

The most awesome piadina in Rimini in a nice garden placed on the hills surrounding the city. Definitely a place to visit in the nice season!

We revisited. Previous experience still stands. Expectations fully met. We went here after having seen "the" YouTube video. Best piadina experience so far. Not to say that other experiences have been bad. Quite the contrary. The salsiccia was readily grilled, the grilled vegetables were well prepared and fresh, and the piadina was slightly smoother than what I have had so far.

OMG! Saw this place on Google maps while driving down the coast from Bologna and thought we'd give it a try. A bit of a circuitous drive off the highway, but this quaint little establishment is absolutely a fantastic find. Great sandwiches and apps, good wine, and great hosts. What more could your want?
