Enchanting place. We stumbled upon it by chance while in Rome for work, and were blown away by the deliciousness and quality of the food. The young man who looked after us was knowledgeable and knowledgeable, and was able to recommend an exceptional wine. We enjoyed everyone in an extremely relaxing atmosphere. It was a beautiful evening, everything was excellent, congratulations!

My husband and I stayed two nights near this restaurant for work. We were looking for a place to eat nearby, and I have to say we found a treasure! Everything about the place was beautiful: the welcome (the restaurant is inside a hotel), the service, but above all, the chef's dishes stood out. We didn't know him, but he spoke volumes through his dishes, showcasing a rare combination of goodness and attention to traditional ingredients with innovation! Typical Roman ingredients, but with an innovative twist. The bread and focaccia were leavened as soon as they arrived, along with a gift from the chef (incredible supplì), all freshly baked! A pan pizza, similar to focaccia, melted in your mouth, a cloud of flavor. My husband had pumpkin gnocchi (made by him, like everything else), with a creamy parmesan and truffle sauce. Every bite had us closing our eyes in delight. The next evening, we decided to order takeout! He personally answered us and delivered everything with care, as if he were a family man, even the simple burger with a homemade bun, perfectly cooked meat, homemade mayonnaise, and exceptional potatoes. I'm amazed by the skill of this young, enthusiastic, and incredibly talented guy! From the appetizers to the desserts, everything was as good as a discovery! I could go on! And we are super foodies and critics!!! Congratulations again! Go while you can, now the prices are great, €35 per person for all that goodness. One day, we think it will have Michelin-starred prices! Go now!! We ate the takeaway before taking a photo! Thank you, it will be our go-to restaurant in Rome!

For a dinner with friends, we booked this restaurant on the recommendation of acquaintances, and I must say they recommended it highly. The location is beautiful and, above all, well-kept. The tidy dining room is beautifully decorated. We were welcomed to our table with homemade bread and pizza, along with a small dish of their olive oil. This was followed by a potato with almond cream and mini suppli. Dinner began with panzanella topped with stracciatella and anchovies, followed by spaghetti Cavalieri with red shrimp and a cherry tomato fondue. For dessert, I ordered a dark chocolate cookie with lavender cream and berries. Excellent value, and the wait staff was very friendly.
