The service is impeccable every time, and their kindness is commendable. They're so accommodating to customer requests that if you decide to share a pizza with someone at the table, they'll even do the portioning—a thoughtfulness that should never be taken for granted and demonstrates the care they give to their customers. Furthermore, the pizza is truly delicious, made with excellent ingredients; their provola is truly excellent, and even though I'm a fan of classic pizza, especially Margherita, at Salefino I like to experiment with other flavors. I've never been disappointed so far. Well done, well done, well done! If I really had to find a flaw, the interior could use some updating, but in the summer they have a lovely outdoor terrace where you can enjoy an excellent dinner!

Excellent restaurant, beautiful location with views of the cathedral bell tower or the Terni valley. Friendly, helpful, professional, and attentive staff. The food is high quality. The wine list could be expanded, but it's good quality. Excellent restaurant.
