not sure why the 4.3 stars taste so much better than the highly rated places in bologna. this was way better than any 4.8 star restaurant. ordered the carbonara and ragu and both were amazing. servers were friendly and the complimentary bread was delicious as well. lovely place, delicious food.

I don’t understand the 4.3 stars. Best restaurant in Bologna. The cacio e pepe was incredible and the carbonara too. Giovanni (the guy with glasses) was very very nice, other stuff was very friendly too.

i got the juicy and delicious meatballs "Polpette Di Lesso Al Sugo" in a tomato sauce and the greens "cicoria ripassata" which were slightly bitter and which complemented the tartness of the tomato sauce perfectly. The bread is really good too. My check came to €25 which is really good value for the taste and the ambiance and the very warm and friendly and down-to-earth service. The setting is nice with tall ceilings and lots of natural light and ample space. I went right after they opened for lunch so i was able to get a table as people were just starting to come in . The main door to the bathrooms has to be slid or pushed to the right side, not pulled open. For the sink, to turn on the water, there's a small foot pedal down on the left.

A nice restaurant that combines good food with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly, attentive, and ensures that guests feel well taken care of.

Amazing Carbonara, the staff were nice enough to split the Carbonara into two seperate bowls for us as my husband and I were sharing. Lovely restaurant inside, would highly recommend for authentic Roman food.
