It used to be my favorite pizzeria. I came back after a long time, and unfortunately, something has changed. The dough is too thick, the tomato sauce is bland, and the pizza had no flavor. I hope you'll come back as usual!

The dough was raw and the smell of yeast was strong, and the calzones were stuffed with just breadcrumbs. A disappointment!

Tasty and easy-to-digest pizzas, rice croquettes, and calzones. It's a shame the place is so run-down it seems a bit shabby. Reasonable prices.

Pure Foodish Red with anchovies: Round Roman-style pizza, baked in a pan. Medium-leavened dough with expert use of fats (I dare say well-balanced animal and vegetable fats) creates a firm, soft crust with excellent flavor and a fragrance that retains well even after a while. Excellent cooking, with an exceptionally crispy base and crust, thanks to the evident use of moderate temperatures. The tomato sauce is perfectly balanced between saltiness and sweetness. No flaws.
