Pizza Lovers say: "Thin, crispy Roman-style pizza and flavorful suppli. Gets very crowded with long waits, especially on weekends."

The only place in my short rome trip where i returned. Good pizza and suppli. Nice, thin, and crispy. Almost like a turkish lachamchun. Crispy suppli with good flavour. The tiramisu was nice, slight too wet, but still good

Really fantastic pizza! Proper Roman style thin crust, light, crisp, and full of flavor without feeling heavy. The atmosphere was a good balance between cozy and lively. Service elevated the entire experience, especially Naomi, who was attentive, engaging, and genuinely delightful. Ate here twice while I was in Rome.

L'Elementare is what you can safely call the Rolls Royce of Roman Pizza. Not only within Rome, but global. We went three times in a row whilst in Rome. They are more and more filled by the day. More guests means waiting times got longer especially when they open at weekends. Watch out for opening times, as they have different times during the week. They serve a series of Pizzas which can only be called supreme. The simplest are the best : Magherita and Buffalo Margherita. Toppings are extra home made, thin crusted base, tomatoes excellent, fresh Mozzarella Watch out for daily and weekly specials. Beers are served in a Glass try the Blanche. Wines list is great. My favorite : Datte Foco

Amazing experience and superb food! Great dry Prosecco and the very nicest owner (multiple owners but he was one) who was also serving behind the bar. Pizza was perfection and this new discovery, SUPPLI, has changed my life. A must have!

Make reservations before you go as it gets filled up quickly. We ordered three pizzas - you have to eat the pizza with a fork and knife (in Rome we don’t get it cut into slices already). Loved the pizza - would absolutely go back!
