  Amazing Neapolitan pizza. Light, airy and topped with fresh, high quality ingredients quality ingredients sourced from Campania such as fiordilatte di Agerola and homemade pesto di vasinicola napoletana. We loved the typical desserts….pastiera and fiocco di neve. We tried a lovely bottle of sparkling Cilentano wine that worked well with the pizze. The dining area is spacious but gives a sense of intimacy with a colorful, modern design. Service is fast and friendly. We will definitely be back!

  As absolute Neapolitan pizza lovers who eat a lot of pizza all over Europe, we can honestly say: this was one of the best we’ve had so far. The dough was ultra good – perfectly fermented, incredibly soft and juicy inside, with that beautiful light, airy crust you hope for in a true Neapolitan pizza. The ingredients were flawless: high quality, fresh, and combined with real finesse. Every pizza felt thoughtfully composed, not overloaded, just perfectly balanced. The atmosphere is stylish yet warm and relaxed – you immediately feel comfortable. We came here twice during our stay in Rome as a family, which says everything. And yes, even the dessert was fantastic. 5/5 without hesitation. If you love authentic Neapolitan pizza, ARDECORE is a must.

  Overall, it was a great experience. The food was delicious, and the service was solid. This was my first time having authentic pizza in Italy, and it was lovely! I'll definitely come back next time I travel to Italy.

  Next level Neapolitan pizza in Rome!! We arrived without a reservation and were seated within five minutes. Our pizzas (Double cooked Montanara and Vesuvio) arrived very quickly and were both absolutely marvellous — the best we have had in Rome. House wine and craft beer on tap were both great as well. Update: had to come back a month later for another double cooked montanara, and also had a delicious Nerano (zucchini cream) pizza and bottle of Irpinia Aglianico to round out our trip to Italy! Very friendly and kind service again.

  As my first authentic Italian restaurant… This restaurant doesn’t meet my expectations (it may because I’m not used to the food here yet) The Amber craft beer back flavor is too bitter that washed away every sweetness it brings before🥲 The crust was amazing but the filling was normal🥲🥲 Maybe I’m quite picky but it is what I experienced…

  The place was AMAZING! Food, atmosphere, staff....12 out of 10! Their food and wine recommendations....spot on! The stuffed zucchini flowers are....oh my my...heaven!
