  Absolutely wonderful place! The food was amazing (especially the tiramisu gelato), but what really makes it special is the staff. They were incredibly kind and even helped arrange a ride so I could get back to my hostel on time. Truly a memorable experience — highly recommend!

  Excellent experience. We stayed in Gorizia for one night and felt this restaurant provided a good experience. The ability to sit outside made it more comfortable in the summer heat. We were treated nicely and would come back in the future.

  Restaurant with an amazing price/quality ratio. Lots of locals eating there no wonder given their prices. Staff was attentive and friendly.

  We admit we had low expectations when we walked down the street from our hotel seeking somewhere to have dinner. And Tarantella may look like a lot of other restaurants But it's not. Our server was charmin. immediately attentive and helped guide us through the extensive menu. The first night (yes, we went back again) we had pizzas. Amazing pizzas. Maybe it's because they have a wood-fired oven (we watched then then take in a load of wood for the night's cooking. The second night we had pastas. The sauce was approcpriately spicy the the quantity (given the bargain price) was enormous.
