  Cozy little place 10 min walk from Il Duomo worth a visit. Next-level pizzas with different doughs, each one more amazing than the other. An explosion of flavour in your mouth with fresh local and seasonal products. Excellent service, with explanations about the dough and toppings. Good vegetarian options.The name of the restaurant is well deserved!

  Decided to take pizza as our dinner. Order 1 round pizza with ham and 1 more 1 slice pizza with onion & truffle. Need to wait quite long time due to only 3 persons running the show and surprise the taste dam good. So far this is the best pizza that I have in Italy. Can give it a try if you passby.

  Absolutely the best pizza in Florence!! The owners are so sweet and hospitable and love to discuss their craft and ethos around the ingredients they select and use. Pizza is sourdough based and so delicious and full of flavor. Toppings are unique and seasonal, and they also have a great selection of bio/organic wines. My husband and I are here twice while in Florence and were so happy and content each time! A must go!!

  This lovely pizza restaurant is run by a great owner couple. Each pizza is made with care and the dough is a dream – crunchy yet soft. The rest of the ingredients are top quality. It’s a fantastic pizza experience for anyone willing to explore past neapolitan pizza! 10/10 More
