Having read all the positive reviews, I went to try this new pizza by the slice. It's located inside the Bauhouse restaurant. They cost €3 a piece regardless of the toppings. Nothing special; I ordered one with stracchino cheese, and it was cold and hard. A huge disappointment.

When articles praise this kind of place... I always wonder what these critics understand. Friday at 1 pm, Margherita pizza and nothing else... Behind the counter I see the one with onions and ask for a piece, and then... while I wait, the ones with potatoes arrive. All absolutely adequate... nothing shocking, and considering everything... in Rome... even an ordinary bakery can pull this off.

Delicious pizza, light and crispy dough, and very tasty toppings (it's hard to find both). I don't understand why there wasn't a line outside! Well done, well done! See you soon! I'll add that tonight we also tried the round pizzas, which were delicious, with thin and very light dough. (The cocktails are also excellent.) We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful atmosphere, the guy at the counter was super friendly, and the fried foods were truly delicious. I tried the red pizza with onions, which was good, and also the one with chicken wings, which, however, disappointed me. The white …
