We booked a table for five. We were greeted by Salvatore, who promptly helped us choose our pizza. We tried the fried pizzas (the particularly crispy breading was remarkable), the pizza in pala (delicious, with a dough that melted in your mouth), and a classic Margherita, finishing with the sweet pizza in pala. The price was reasonable for the quality. We highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Just a 20-minute train ride from the center of Naples, there's a unique pizza experience: the chance to taste the dough of one of Italy's leading experts, Salvatore Kosta. Light and dry fried pizzas and montanarine, generous and technically perfect Neapolitan pizzas, and his specialty, the stuffed peel, crispy, light, and perfect for sharing. Friendly and attentive service, and very fair prices, especially considering the stellar quality. Worth the trip or the stopover; don't miss this opportunity!
