  We came at Sartoria for lunch on a Sunday. We didn’t have any reservation and were told it was fully booked however they quickly offered us a table outside. The service from the start was fantastic - really welcoming. Our food arrived on time - long enough for us to enjoy the atmosphere but not too long. Their pizza was absolutely delicious. Everything was really fresh and super tasty. It was the best tasting Italian we have had in Barcelona. Highly highly recommend this spot. A must visit.

Short lines, warm service, and unbeatable quality make it a must-visit.

  Sartoria Panatieri fully lives up to its reputation and is easily one of the best pizzerias in Barcelona. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the passion behind the place. The atmosphere is relaxed, modern, and authentic, with a strong focus on quality rather than trends. The pizza is outstanding. The dough is light, perfectly fermented, and cooked with great precision, resulting in a crust that is crispy on the outside and soft inside. Every ingredient tastes carefully selected and fresh, with a clear emphasis on local and seasonal products. Even the simplest pizzas are full of flavor, balanced, and never heavy. You can truly taste the difference compared to standard pizzerias. The menu is not overly large, which is a good sign, and every option feels well thought out. Toppings are creative without being excessive, and combinations work beautifully. The quality of the olive oil, cheese, and tomato sauce really stands out. Service is friendly, professional, and efficient, with staff happy to explain the menu and make recommendations. Prices are fair for the level of craftsmanship and ingredients. Overall, Sartoria Panatieri is a must visit for anyone who loves real pizza made with care, skill, and respect for tradition.

  Loved the experience here, they really take care of you with excellent service that’s warm as well as very helpful. The wine of the day was a Chardonnay that I loved and we got a red that was suggested by the staff and was great as well. I got the celery cream pizza and it was very good. My girlfriend got the margherita which was excellent as well. The meat platter had a good mix of the familiar and new and we loved it. It came with a side of focaccia. Finished off with a very good tiramisu. Will be back to try more of their interesting pizza choices!

  We went to this place, having previously learned about it from a blogger. To be honest, we expected a tastier pizza. We ordered a cheese pizza, but it was very wet, it felt like you were eating not pizza but just melted cheese, the taste of the dough was almost imperceptible, except for the sides. The broccoli pizza was drier and a little better. We can say that the pizza is not bad in general, but in London we tasted much tastier pizza, which did not have such awards. As for the service, everything was ordinary, and the staff looked at us all the time, which was unpleasant. so that we would eat faster. We did not reserve a table, so they sat us on the street. But even there we ate under the strain of the staff's gaze. In terms of prices, the pizza is not cheap, but considering the prices of food in our time, it is normal. Therefore, I can recommend this place, but do not count on something incredibly tasty. Reply to the owner.   #20 Pizzeria in the World! At the time we visited Sartoria Panatieri in Barcelona, it was ranked at #20 on the list of Top Pizzerias in the World and #3 on the Top Pizzerias in Europe. Knowing how popular and lionized this pizzeria is, this writer opted to have a late lunch here and avoid the dinner rush. Our meal was exceptionally good. Although the menu is small, the selections are outstanding, with local ingredients and healthy, innovative choices. The crust is airy, light, consistent, and springy. We had one pie with butternut squash, which made for a beautiful looking and beautiful tasting pizza - orange sauce instead of the usual red sauce. Another pie had toasted bread crumbs and broccolini - so tasty and appetizing (see photo). We are making our way through the Top 50 list - - this restaurant is one of eight pizzerias we have visited on the list. We have also visited a total of six pizzerias on the European list. Prices were mid-range; the atmosphere is rustic, minimalist, and cool; we walked here easily from our hotel; we experienced maybe five to ten minutes of wait time for a table - really minimal. What I appreciated was how they righted their wrong with regard to the wait time for our pizzas to arrive. Once we ordered, we waited a good 45 minutes. The pizzas only take two minutes to fire, so something must have gone awry. They must have lost our order. We flagged down the food server, and he was mortified. Our pizzas came out within minutes after we spoke with him. He offered us free drinks, which we declined. He apologized twice. And in the end, he even gave me one of the restaurant's t-shirts to try to make things right. Accidents happen, and truly good customer service overcomes the situation with a flood of positives, which was the case. Situations and solutions. If you have had your fill of tapas restaurants in Barcelona, this writer would highly recommend this pizzeria for some of the most delicious pizza the world has to offer.

  We visited with our young adult kids- we all loved it. Definitely suggest everyone ordering their own pizza so that you can try different options.
