A $10 pizza tastes better than this $30 pizza. This viral pizza was EXTREMELY bland even with the addition of red pepper flakes and hot honey. The other reviews about lack of flavor are true. I only gave it 3 stars because it was great when I reheated it according to the instructions on the box. Once reheated it still didn't taste like a $30 pizza but it was flavorful. Service was great, friendly over the phone and in person. Cute small shop atmosphere with tasty gelato. I could've spent $50 elsewhere for pizza, breadsticks & gelato. But, if I were to return it would be for the authentic gelato.

I’ve been meaning to come here for a while and I’m so glad I finally did. After one visit, this is officially an old reliable when we’re craving pizza. I had a small with sausage, mushroom, and banana peppers—so good. My wife ordered the gluten-free and loved it too. Big flavor, fluffy yet crispy crust, and everything tasted fresh. We’ll be back. 🍕

I got the Hot Honey Ricotta-Roni, the bread sticks and the Lemon Crème Pie gelato and everything was delicious! The pizza had so much flavor, the crust was crunchy and the sauce was really flavorful. The bread was light but has lots of buttery parmigiana flavor. And the gelato is creamy and the lemon is bright and refreshing. I will absolutely be trying other items from their menu!

First time trying palazzo, heard many good things about this place. Maybe it was a one-off fluke, but the Bad Brads Brisket collab pizza was very underwhelming. Cheese was overdone, there wasn’t any cheese pull on any of the 4 slices. This 4-square pizza costs $20 before tax. Considering the hefty price tag for four slices, I expected much better. Brisket was unevenly distributed. sauces carried the flavor. Crust wasn’t crisp on bottom after a short drive home. Dough had a very bland profile, no character. I’ve made better Detroit style pizzas in my cast iron skillet at home. Confused how this place gets so much business, perhaps I ordered the wrong thing on the menu. To be overcharged for some overhyped mid-tier pizza is not uncommon, unfortunately. Louis @ 9 & dequindre is leaps & bounds better. Jet’s even can hold its own against Pizza Di Palazzo. One Bite everyone knows the rules? 7.9 is audacious. Maybe on a perfectly prepared pie, definitely not what I received. Score: 5.2 out of 10. **photo attached is of one of my homemade Detroit-style pizza’s** Thank you Palazzo Di Pizza for a mid-tier experience.

I must say that it is BUSY even if you ordered minutes after it opened, but I cannot give a lower rating just because of the wait time, since it truly was worth it. The pizza is delicious and is incredibly flavorful. You can smell the fabulous aroma in their shop. Their gelato also looks good; however, I haven’t tried them yet, perhaps next time. A must try!

Great Pizza! Heard about this place from a friend, didn’t try it immediately but then saw it reviewed by one of the most influential pizza reviewers out there. And it was delicious. One bite, everybody knows the rules. Enough said.
