The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant was very nice. It is well located, right off magnificent mile. The chicago style pizza was amazing, filled with tons of cheese and ingredients. Our server told us each pizza can feed 5 to 6 people and he was right! We ordered the arugula salad which was crisp, refreshing and delicious, salad dressing was evenly distributed. The calamari was crunchy on the outside and tender inside. Also very good. Servie was very slow and spotty. I think it was because we wnet during peak holiday season(?). Because we were party of 6 the service at 20% was already included which we noticed ourselves so be careful not to double tip. I went for happy hour too and that was also nice, but the calamari serving during happy hour is half serving as indicated in their menu.

Look, this seems like a tourist place and it is. But it's actually very good, which is not normal for a tourist spot. They do Chicago Italian justice. The meatballs I got completely blew me away, much better than I've ever made myself or had at a local Italian joint. Tourists, continue going here! And locals, don't dismiss it!

We stumbled on this place and it was amazing. First of all you can’t miss the amazing aroma of Italian food. The food was great. I had the shrimp and it was fantastic. The ambience was great. The service was great. Definitely choose this option if you’re looking for some great Italian food in Chicago.

Thank you to Cristian, Jessica, and Trevor for a really lovely evening last night for their pizza making class! It was such a fun and beautifully executed event. We all had a great time with friends and great food including a git bag with delicious mini donuts that went great with my coffee this morning and a gift card for a future 12' pizza! I heard this was their first ticketed event and you definitely got your money's worth and more. Such a fun event!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. From the very beginning, I made it clear — multiple times — that I do not eat spicy food. I mentioned it while checking in when the appetizer was being served, and again when ordering the pizza. I specifically asked whether the pepperoni was spicy because I strongly dislike spicy food. Despite that, the pizza arrived not only with spicy pepperoni, but also covered in spicy hot honey glaze. My best friend, her mother, and I all tried it and immediately agreed it was spicy. To the server’s credit, a replacement pizza was offered. However, I clearly requested the SAME pizza with non-spicy pepperoni and without the hot honey. Instead, an entirely different pizza came out with a completely different crust. When I pointed this out, the server insisted it was the same crust, which was honestly absurd — especially considering the pizza at the table next to us looked nothing like what I was served. Then came the cappuccino, which was essentially a shot of espresso with barely steamed milk. It was not remotely close to a proper cappuccino. What makes this even more upsetting is that going out to dinner is a real treat for me. I’m a single mom and had been looking forward to this evening for a very long time — spending time with my best friend and her mother, who had not seen my daughter in quite a while. My daughter behaved wonderfully the entire dinner: no crying, no fussing, no mess, no disruption to anyone around us. We came in excited for a special night out and instead left frustrated, disappointed, and honestly angry. The issue was not one mistake. Mistakes happen. The issue was the repeated lack of listening, attention to detail, and accountability throughout the entire experience. Please try to do better in the future. Life is not easy as it is, and when going out to dinner, it's a treat, and you have certain expectations that at least for a few hours you don't have to worry about anything, and you can relax and catch up with family and friends, not debate whether you got what you ordered. A lively, bustling restaurant just off Chicago's Magnificent Mile and close to the major hotels. The restaurant was full on a mid-week evening in May, and we were pleased that we had booked in advance. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the service was prompt. Fortunately, we were seated in a quieter side room to make conversation easier, because the main room was full of friendly chatter. The menu had a wide range of choices - pizza, pasta, meat, and fish - and the food was authentic and delicious. A great find along the Magnificent Mile!

We have made a few trips to Chicago in the last couple of months. Each time we have visited we have gone to Labriola. It is one of our new favorite restaurants. The service and food have been outstanding. Make sure to get reservations. My favorite entree is the lemon chicken. It’s hard to get anything else because it is so good. My kids like the chicken Alfredo and the meatballs. We did get a deep dish pizza. It was very good but it has been the one thing that we were not wowed by. Make sure to try the tiramisu for desert. We can’t wait to go back.

Just ok. My daughter's and I ate her and the food lacked flavor! My daughter ordered rigatoni ala vodka, and the other ordered buttered gnocchi, I ordered a salad and fried mozzarella for my meal. Everything was just ok, the red sauce was just ok, and we weren't impressed.
