Ordered a large Italian beef with peppers. It took an 40 mins to arrive at my apartment. Pizza was not hot. They goving out pizzas that they already prepared. Payed 42 for my whole order. Was trying to order from the one on 47th but 71st was closet to my address. Had to put pizza in the oven. Should have just ordered a frozen pizza 🤦🏽♀️

South shore location E 71st. No inside dining. Was told 25-30 mns for pie to be ready. Wound up waiting 1 hr 10 mns. So weekend ordering be mindful. Pizza was delicious but too soft. Wasn’t baked all the way in middle and was doughy. Expensive doughy pizza. Delish around the crispy edges. It’s a flat crust so ask for it to cook a bit longer so that it is a bit crispy

I never give bad reviews unless it’s really bad. I called ahead because I had time constraints. I gave my name at the counter and was told my pizza was not up yet. I ordered the pizza @1:10 on 1/18/2026. I sat quietly for an additional 20 minutes. The young lady asked for my receipt. She then realized my pizza was indeed ready and sitting right behind her. In the end I received a cold $30 pizza and not a bit of an apology or acknowledgment. I will not return and will spread the word.

I could NOT believe how awful this pizza was! I order a large thin crust cheese and sausage pizza yesterday for $30 which is the typical price for that size pizza, however the crust taste like stale crackers and very little cheese. My guest were so disappointed! You know pizza is bad when you have over half the box left after your guest leave and no wanted to take any home. So disappointed I will NOT be returning to this establishment! The pizza DID NOT look like the pictures!

It would be great to enjoy the pizza if somone actually answered the phone...like how are yall staying business when people cant even place an order with you. Maybe allow customers to order online...its always hit or miss if someone will answer the phone...wild. Guess they dont need my money...

This was actually a Uber delivery. When the Uber driver arrived with my pizza the box was somewhat open, that could have happen by the passenger in the care grabbing the pizza from the back seat. They did not get out of the car just passed it through the car window I open the box and there was a half eaten piece of cheese pizza on top of my closed pizza. My pizza was cheese and sausage. I am not sure if this was someone from the restaurant fault or did the Uber driver have something to do with this. My pizza was completely intact and the pizza was stapled and seal.This makes be not want to order through Uber again. At least when you pick your order up you can examine it before you walk out of the restaurant. Food cost to much to just toss out.

I came in today to get my pizza 🍕 and the girl asked me three times for the last four digits of my phone number 2927 she asked me to repeat.than she going to get and attitude talking about I don't get what she's trying to say now tell me am I the slow one or what 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️

I ordered 1 XL with ground beef green peppers & mushrooms at 9:30pm and it never made it to me. Italian Fiesta didn't answer my calls to check or track my Order..now it's 3hrs later & I have find another alternative 🤬😭

I’m a regular Italian Fiesta customer and the phone service to order is horrible horrible been on the phone 2 hours food is good but the service is terrible
