The best pizza I have had in a very long time! Three different types of dough to choose from, fresh ingredients, very creative combinations, I recommend this pizza 100% The staff is very welcoming and friendly ❤️

Family lunch is better with pizza! We have come here today as we used to go every weekend to their Clapham Common pizza restaurant every weekend. We were missing this incredible pizza desperately! We ordered margherita, provola, mortadella and a ortolana. Their dough is just a work of magic, crunchy outside and a cloudy soft deliciousness inside… every ingredient is top quality which you can feel and taste with every bite. We ended our meal with a sorbetto, a fresh treat in these torrid temperatures. We highly recommend it in Rome and in London too. One of the top pizza restaurant I care to rate.

Great pizza spot. Their fried appetizers are nothing special so I would concentrate more on their pizzas. I really appreciated two things: - The opportunity to decide with which kind of dough I wanted my pizza. I went for Margherita with the “idrolisi” dough and it was a little bit tough, but very light and crispy; - The dipping sauces for the crust, that are finally becoming a thing also here in Italy. The Alioli was delicious. The only downside of the night has been the service which was a bit too pushy, but overall I would recommend this place for a nice sourdough pizza.

One of the best pizzas I ever had, I can highly recommend Crudo e burrata, this is sort of taste explosion I have never had. With orange oil for the zesty touch.

In the Salario neighborhood it is one of the most renowned pizzerias and indeed the pizza is very good and with the added value of being able to choose it with special doughs according to availability. We tried the dough created with hydrolysis (with a small surcharge), without any type of yeast and the pizza turned out to be very digestible. While the appetizers, supplì and montanara, did not leave a mark, I point out as excellent the Mediterranean pizza with sautéed onions, olives and oregano. Nice idea to bring it to the table already cut into slices to facilitate sharing. The desserts are also good, in particular the chocolate sorbet. The place is well furnished in vintage style, the service present and courteous, the prices slightly below average, these days almost a miracle.Read more

I'm not sure if they were overwhelmed because we were a large group, but we mostly ordered pizzas. I had a Margherita pizza, and all I could taste was dough and an overwhelming amount of tomato sauce. I really didn't enjoy it, and my husband had a Bologna pizza and said he will never eat that pizza again. Besides the two of us, the rest of the group were not very enthusiastic about their pizzas either. In the end, there were a lot of leftover pizzas that nobody even wanted to take homeRead more

Honestly, an award-winning pizza baked in an electric oven: a margherita that is not a margherita. I would have expected more, but for foreigners it might be okay.Read more
