Really fantastic pizza! Proper Roman style thin crust, light, crisp, and full of flavor without feeling heavy. The atmosphere was a good balance between cozy and lively. Service elevated the entire experience, especially Naomi, who was attentive, engaging, and genuinely delightful. Ate here twice while I was in Rome.

L'Elementare is what you can safely call the Rolls Royce of Roman Pizza. Not only within Rome, but global. We went three times in a row whilst in Rome. They are more and more filled by the day. More guests means waiting times got longer especially when they open at weekends. Watch out for opening times, as they have different times during the week. They serve a series of Pizzas which can only be called supreme. The simplest are the best : Magherita and Buffalo Margherita. Toppings are extra home made, thin crusted base, tomatoes excellent, fresh Mozzarella Watch out for daily and weekly specials. Beers are served in a Glass try the Blanche. Wines list is great. My favorite : Datte Foco

Amazing experience and superb food! Great dry Prosecco and the very nicest owner (multiple owners but he was one) who was also serving behind the bar. Pizza was perfection and this new discovery, SUPPLI, has changed my life. A must have!

Make reservations before you go as it gets filled up quickly. We ordered three pizzas - you have to eat the pizza with a fork and knife (in Rome we don’t get it cut into slices already). Loved the pizza - would absolutely go back!

I absolutely loved the pizza, it was delicious and had the perfect amount of olive oil on top. The Supplí as well was incredible, probably the best supplí I’ve had in Rome! For dessert I had the tiramisu, which was good, however i feel like

Must try in Rome. We walked past one night and thought it looked great, then our taxi driver recommended it so we knew we had to go. Let me tell you, the pizza is like nothing I’ve had, ever. The pizza base is crispy and the toppings are

Best pizza of my life!! Staff is amazing— we were late showing up for our reservation due to a flight delay. We showed up and told the staff and they accommodated us almost immediately. Highly recommend trying this place if you’re in Rome.

Omg Roman pizza at its finest. The Marg with SSG was perfect for the kiddos, then the yellow tomato sauce pizza was so fresh and light, followed by a parmigiana that made me fall in love with eggplant. The suppli was fantastic too, first time trying it. Decent beer selection to wash it down. Incredible.

This street has so many restaurants to choose from, and we decided to come here for our first pizza in Rome. The staff were super friendly, and everyone spoke excellent English.

Go only if you manage to book. Unfortunately, the line isn't moving because only those with a reservation are being let through. For heaven's sake, it is right that it should be this way, but at this point it is better not to give others false hope by telling them to come anyway.Read more

unfortunately no what happened to you you were not like this it was a delicious pizza the best in Rome and I am speaking for all the locations (Trastevere - Testaccio - via Gallia) this testifies to our passion mine and that of all the surrounding family and friends PIZZA EXTREMELY HARD VERY LIGHTLY TOPPED, DRY, THIS IN ALL THREE PIZZERIAS. The fried foods remained perfect. let's try to understand what is happening please thank you ALL THESE OPENINGS CANNOT FALL ON THE QUALITYRead more

Place with few tables, small and informal, in the heart of Trastevere. After ordering, I discovered that the option for double cooking was missing, which I would have gladly tasted, and to this was added a bit of extra wait. For the rest, informal but friendly service, thin and very digestible pizza (I ate 2), with good quality ingredients and a fair price. I will definitely return to try the fried one! 🍕Read more

A proper Roman dinner! I ordered from L’Elementare via Glovo and I was truly thrilled. Very punctual delivery, everything arrived hot and perfectly presented. The Margherita pizza, strictly Roman-style, was simply spectacular: thin, crispy, and flavorful, just as a true Roman pizza should be. 🍕 Then supplì, cacio e pepe tonnarello, and provola and pepper croquette: each one better than the last. The cacio e pepe was creamy and flavorful to the right degree, while the croquette had a gooey center and an amazing taste. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and, above all, the care in the preparation. One of those orders where you finish everything and are already thinking about when to do it again. Compliments to L’Elementare: a guarantee for those who love Roman cuisine done really well. Absolutely recommended! 🔥❤️Read more
