Outstanding neopolitan pizza at a great value. Spacca Napoli feels elevated, but is suitable for both special occasions and casual lunches. Sat on the patio for a Sunday lunch in the summer. No need for a reservation at this time, but would recommend one for evenings. Patio is a quintessential Chicago sidewalk patio vibe, but the interior is terrific as well. Fresh flavors and quality ingredients here. I tried the multigrain crust which was recommended by our server. Pies can certainly be treated as a personal pizza if you’re hungry! 🤤

My wife and I had a spectacular dinner at Spacca Napoli. We have had many friends who have been here and we, after many years of hearing it's accolades, finally made it to this delicious pizzeria. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, immediately smelling like yeast and the ol' country upon entry. The staff and out server were very friendly and th right kind of casual. And most importantly, the food was marvelous, especially the Pistachio Pesto pizza. We finished off the night with some cannolis. Can't recommend enough, this spot may become a regular haunt.

Spacca Napoli lives up to its reputation as one of Chicago’s best Neapolitan pizza spots. The pizzas are beautifully balanced—soft, airy crust with just the right amount of char, high-quality ingredients, and classic flavors done right. The Margherita is a standout, with bright tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and fragrant basil, while the Diavola has a great kick without overpowering the dough. Beyond pizza, the menu feels thoughtfully curated, and the atmosphere is warm and unpretentious—lively but still comfortable for a relaxed meal. Service is friendly and efficient, even when the place is busy. It’s the kind of spot you’d happily return to again and again, whether you’re a pizza purist or just craving something genuinely well made.

The pizza special I had (pork shoulder slices with small chunks of potato) was delicious, especially with the multigrain crust. My partner enjoyed his fungi pizza. We shared the tartufu dessert. We loved all of it. We don't get here a lot because of the reservation system they have (which is understandable). So it always feels like a special occasion when we do.

I drift back to this corner every few years or so, not because I forget it but because life makes me slow. Yet every time I wander in, the reason’s clear as day, for pizza from this brick oven is worth the trip, the wait, the way. The crust is hand-shaped beauty, light and tender, crisp and warm, with toppings that feel thoughtful in both flavor and in form. The salads are a dreamland, fresh and simple, clean and fine, the kind you think about again long after dinnertime. A casual, happy haven, no pretense, only heart Spacca Napoli reminds me why pizza is an art.

Went in for dinner this evening and the food and experience were wonderful. We sat on that patio and it was quite busy. It was very relaxing to sit out there and enjoy a nice meal. We had the arancini and it was delicious with a very nice

Amazing Napoli style pizza, the best in the city. The Enzo pizza was very tasty and fresh, and the Conciato was amazing. The first time I’ve tried conciato romano and I’d highly recommend. The staff are all super friendly and are happy to answer all your questions. Definitely coming back.

Authentic Italian pizza and a cozy atmosphere that feels like Italy. I enjoyed the Margherita last time, but this visit wasn't quite as good for my taste. Friendly service. If you're unsure, the Margherita is a safe choice.

We shared a couple of pies and a fantastic dessert. The pizzas were built on a soft, tender and chewy crust. A great crust like this is an excellent canvas for highlighting bright, fresh ingredients! The kitchen did not disappoint. We

The only thing holding back this restaurant is its popularity. All of the food is simple, in the best way possible. The ingredients are fresh and the preparation is straightforward. When it comes to authentic Italian food in Chicago, this

A little slice of Naples is delivered with every bite. From the vibe in the room to the attention to detail, nothing is overlooked. You're greeted at the front door and the pizza oven is the first thing that catches your eye. A small bite comes to the table along with the menus a staff member who is ready to explain the choices and the specials. The wine list is a perfect match for the choices, which are pizza, pizza and more pizza! Of course you could order something else, but why would you? Rated as one of the top 10 Pizzeras in the country, Jonathan and his staff will make you feel like family by the time you leave. Go there hungry and enjoy authentic Italian food.

The place is okay, but honestly the food didn’t meet my expectations. It’s not bad, but nothing really stood out or made me want to come back. The pizza lacked flavor and overall it felt pretty average for the price. Definitely room for improvement.

The crust was perfectly thin and chewy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The ambiance was cozy, though the seating felt a bit cramped. Service was friendly but slightly slow during peak hours.

Very creative and delicious pizzas, along with tasty appetizers. Try the eggplant parmigiana appetizer - very rich charred flavor.
