  I don't much like writing bad reviews but our experience at Pizza Beppe's in Hilversum sadly does warrant one. For starters being seated next to the toilet entrance is a bit of a let down seeing as many nicer tables were clearly vacant and remained so for our entire stay at the restaurant, but we could have let that slide. However then came the wait. A full 50 minutes for two pizza's and only after 45 minutes were we approached with a meagre apology and offer of an alcohol free compensation drink, when by that time it really was a stiff drink one would have needed to eleviate one's bad mood. Would it not have been better to offer some some bread and olive oil? The reason for the long wait according to the waitress was the large amout of online orders and indeed we saw dozens of boxes leave with delivery drivers. For god's sake, please decide whether you want to be a take away place or a restaurant. Making your patrons wait for that long is clearly unacceptable. The people next to us told us that they were waiting for more than an hour! Then came the pizza's, pale and clearly too wet and doey with the vegetables not properly grilled. And to subsequently be told by the waitress that this is the Neapolitan way of making a pizza is quite frankly ridiculous. My dinner partner declined eating the pizza all together. The slogan on the website that reads "We bring you pizza as pizza should be be" is clearly not applicable here.

  Great experience yesterday evening. Long time I didn’t come here as my previous experience wasn’t great at all. Very happy with the taste. Just feel that prices are quite excessive… Pizzas quickly go to ~18-20€ and as flagged before in the comments, adding a topping makes it even more expensive. Something to consider? Thanks for the great service!

  On January 14th, we ordered a takeaway pizza at the restaurant. As it wasn’t busy, we were helped right away. We chose the Sweet Bepperoni pizza. The waitress was very friendly, as was the pizza chef. We were invited to sit while waiting, and the pizza was ready within minutes. Since it was for takeaway, the burrata was packed separately to preserve its quality, which I really appreciated. We left with a big smile thanks to the kind service. The pizza was on the pricier side (around €20), but the quality and service more than made up for it. It was delicious—highly recommend the Sweet Bepperoni. We’ll definitely come back, whether for dinner or takeaway. 🍕🌶️✨

  The food was amazing and the service was fast. Katrina was so welcoming and knowledgeable at recommending the perfect toppings for our pizza! Would definitely recommend the Tartufo! Amazing service and an amazing price - will definitely be retuning

  Absolutely fantastic staff, food, ambience!!!The pizza chef even let our kid do his own mini pizza, which was the highlight of our evening. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! Will definitely be returning there often.
