Delicious pizza, very good price, and friendly service! The vibe is great and the staff were lovely. Only thing is the pizza got cold quite quickly, but overall still really tasty. I’d definitely come back.

I was greeted with a big smile at the door by Emily, who was super polite and endeavoured to find me somewhere to sit, even though I was alone and the restaurant was full! There was no need to look at the menu, as she recommended the triple pepperoni with garlic aoli and the Gavi (white wine) to wash it down. The pizza was spectacular, it was larger than the plate it came on and tasted delicious. The wine was so good I had have another! Next time I’m in Manchester I will most certainly be dining at Rudys again!

Went here for lunch before and we really loved it so we went back for valentines. Without a doubt, the best location in manchester. The armospher was really lovely and even the staffs were attentive. Shared a starter as it was massive and the triple pepperoni was 10/10!!

Best pizza experience ever! My "all-time favorite pizza" ranking just changed today. I had the Triple Pepperoni pizza with chilli honey as a dipping sauce, paired with their signature pale ale. Honestly, I finished the whole plate by myself, and even on my way home, I couldn't stop thinking about the flavors. This was my first meal out in Manchester, and it was the best choice I could have made. I also have to mention the staff—they are the sweetest and most welcoming people. Thank you for making my day.

Second time coming to Rudy's Ancoats (we’re not local!) and it’s been wonderful as before! The staff are so friendly and happy to chat to you when you’re not sure what to have, or when you’re just really into Rudy’s like we are! It’s a lovely laid back atmosphere, and the food is always absolutely delicious. We shared the triple pepperoni and the porchetta and they were both banging. There’s not many pizzas where I live the crusts just as much as the middle! (Picture has prince missing because I literally couldn’t stop myself from diving straight in)

Rudy’s never fails to deliver. Had a fantastic meal here recently. The pizza’s are so fresh tasting, with a great range of delicious toppings, and a base that is cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of charring, to give a lovely authentic flavour. A side of salad was bright and fresh, tossed in a lovely dressing. Rudy’s has to be the number one choice of pizza restaurant in Manchester, and staff at this particular restaurant are excellent, being friendly, helpful and attentive.

Perfect meal today, the sun was shining so we could sit outside. Waitress gave us a free cocktail and olives as it is our wedding anniversary. Pizzas were massive and delicious as always. Tiramisu lovely, wine nicely chilled. Spot on, thank you. X

A cheerful and lively diner just minutes walk from the city centre and with the pizza oven at its centre, such that the aroma of freshly baked goodies greets you when you walk in. I said lively, but it's not too loud to converse, and definitely all the better for that. Anyway, there's a heated and sheltered terrace for semi alfresco eating if you prefer. The service, courtesy of a youthful and enthusiastic staff, is professional, faultless and very uplifting, the welcome warm and seemingly sincere. Most importantly of all, the pizzas are great too: generously proportioned and with an appealing thin, slightly crusty base. They're serious about their dough, and prepare it 24 hours in advance so it can prove correctly before cooking. On the downside, my accompanying caprese salad was not the best I've ever had, if I'm honest (top-rate tomatoes being very hard to find in this country at this time of year...) but everything else tasted delicious. Including good dessert and a very robust espresso. We left having thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and so overall, this characterful little place deserves big plaudits IMHO.
