  Easy to navigate, questions were not intrusive and able to get insurance at a reasonable price. I would suggest more information asked about the beneficiary. I've read other reviews on here and now I'm seriously concerned I made the right decision. Seems nobody is happy with this company.

  The worst insurance company ever, I was lied to about some polices and was told the wrong price. They took my money then when I tried to cancel i was hung up on. Now I am calling back to cancel all of my polices with thus company. There customer service is horrible, nobody wanted to help me. Please do not use this company, unless you want to be lied to and your money taken.

  Before my grandparents passed away, they took out a life insurance policy on my life when I was a baby. My mom just let me know that the policy existed because it has a cash value that has been accruing for a while. As an adult, I took on the responsibility of completing all the paperwork. First, they would tell me that they need to speak to one of my grandparents, even though I tell them every time that they are passed. I would call every week to get an update, and one person would tell me that I got all the paperwork in and we are just waiting for it to be processed, and then I call again, and all of a sudden something is missing and this went on for a month and a half just to get it into my mom and my aunts name. Then I got connected with Melanie. The first time I spoke to her, she wouldn't listen to me; she kept talking over me and spoke to me very aggressively when I was just trying to get my questions answered. The second time, I just called to see if my mom or my aunt could do a withdrawal on my behalf, and she kept cutting me off, saying she can't tell me anything about the policy TAKEN OUT ON MY LIFE, and my mom or aunt needs to call, even though I am 23. Then my mother called, and she was rude to my mother and tried to tell my mom that I was committing fraud because one of the forms was e-signed, which I specified that my aunt lives in a different state. Then she tried to imply that my mom and aunt weren't related because my mom's last name is different because she is married even though they have all the probate paperwork saying they have 1/2 ownership. She said it would take a week to send them a paper to sign, which was two weeks ago at this point. I called today just to ask if the paperwork was mailed out, and she started asking me if I have power of attorney over my mom or my aunt. I just don't understand why I couldn't get a simple answer on a policy taken out on my life. Melanie is very rude and is of zero help at all. All the other agents had no problem answering my questions, but when it came to her, she was very difficult. At the beginning, I was going to keep the policy open for my kids, but after all of this, I don't want to deal with this company ever again.

  Awful. They bill you even after you tell them the person on the policy is dead. They dont give a crap about you. Funny how on all their page reviews are a 4.8 yet everywhere else they are a 2.2
