  Cute little place that was all decorated for the season. This was our first time here & we had heard a good buzz about the place so we were excited to try it out & hankering for some good pizza. We arrived 20 minutes to closing, not realizing their hours, but they were open & it’s pizza & cooks fast. Yet it was abundantly clear they were hoping no one walked in & we were told they were closing so we asked if we could order and they hesitated. We were about to leave when they said yes. We were a party of three & ordered three pizzas to share & try. They were decent and the other two really liked the dough but I actually did not care for it. They staff cleaned around us including at our table & had their music going. Then they sat on the counter and watched us, lol. Not a fun experience & we would not have bothered them had we known. If you are open then you are open, otherwise close up early. No real desire to go back!

  Found this little gem of a pizza place! Cozy and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Best pizza we ever had! It was so good, we had to order another one! Friendly and helpfull staff. Definitely worth a visit!

The interior of the restaurant is fun. Pay first and then sit. Service was fine. We enjoyed the Pretty Pepperoni and Bentley.

  When we were buying our house in the Petworth neighborhood, our realtor asked if we had ever heard of Timber Pizza. The rest is history! We frequent this place weekly, sometimes multiple times a week. The pizza is fantastic! The staff is very pleasant and great to get to know. They work quickly but are very friendly. Pizza is made perfect and comes out quickly. There is a great assortment of pizzas to choose from and if you are craving two different pizzas they will let you do a half and half. They have a small indoor dining area, with a small bar, along with a couple tables outside as well. Perfect little date night spot or for your take home pizza cravings. Did I mention their staff is amazing?

  Timber Pizza was such a perfect choice to cater our wedding! From the get go, we knew we wanted pizza as our dinner and after speaking with multiple pizza caterers, it was obvious Timber Pizza was the right way to go. The communication with our wedding planner was prompt and Kevin was so incredibly helpful and responsive. Even after booking, Kevin was responsive to answer any last minute questions. Their menu is AMAZING and we had so many people complement the quality of the food for cocktail hour and dinner. Our tasting which was led by Kevin was also fantastic - so tasty and we were able to try so many things (pictures are from our tasting)! Kevin was also kind enough to tell the crew to make extra pizzas for the wedding party as we were staying at the venue that night. He was also able to accommodate adjustments to the salad for our guests who had nut allergies. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars was the crew on the day of our wedding set up our table numbers incorrectly. Each table number was in a particular location on a chart I printed and it cost my parents being placed at a table that was very far from the dance floor where they couldn’t see anything, and also far from the bathroom which impacted my mother as she is handicapped and needed a closer table. The crew was also throwing away the reusable frosted cups we bought with our dogs on them which cost us fun souvenirs for our guests. Things that I’m just not sure were communicated to the crew properly, but overall everything else was phenomenal! Would book with Timber again for any catering needs!

  We searched high and low for a wedding Caterer that was well priced and had amazing food. We found that in Timber Pizza Company. We had the pleasure of working with Kevin Church directly who assisted us in all of our needs. We could not have asked for a better caterer in our life. The food was amazing, but more so their attention to detail, communication, and absolute professionalism and politeness had our wedding guests stunned. If you are looking for an amazing wedding/event caterer, look no further than Timber Pizza Co.

  Delicious brick oven pizza made to order in DCA T2. Friendly staff and reasonable prices for the quality of food. The crust was not too crispy and there was plenty of cheese and sauce flavored with crushed basil

  This place serves up a very good pizza. They are very creative on the pizza toppings. I wasn’t too impressed by the empanadas as they seem to use regular pizza dough, which doesn’t make them flaky. Great beers tap. Order at the counter and 10 to 15 minutes later the food will arrive. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

  Saw them at the farmers market on 28 Oct near the FDA building. And it was delicious. I had the Green Monster (hold the kale- yuck!). Would recommend and go to their store front if we had more time this visit. Will recommend in the future!
